Nightmare easily threw him off, he was small compared to her. She blew her black flames at him and then threw him against a tree, and focused on Aeval while the hippogriffs attacked him brutally.

Aeval gained her feet and looked at Nightmare. She heard the right heads screaming. Aeval and the left head, look at Nightmare simultaneously. "Do you want to know the best part of being a Balaur? With three consciousness within one body, you can compartmentalize any one of the personalities at any given time. " she then breathed her venom, that was like acid.

The left head shot her venom at the hippogriffs. They screamed in agony as it ate to the skin, muscles and into the bone, burning their wings to nothing.

Nightmare flung her head, her sharp fangs crumbling the diamonds and making them bleed badly. Though she could only hold one head she still took them away, and she held the middle. She took them away from the mountain, far away, not getting tired at all. She was trained to be as fit, as strong, and as tough as possible when she was young.

The right head, which was the most vengeful and devious of the three, took control of the body. She ripped a splintered Dimond scale off and used it to slice through Nightmare's vulnerable belly scales and slipped her claw into her chest and grabbed her heart. "Put us down now or you die now. You're choice, my desert. Because I just love to eat the hearts, preferably while they're still beating."

Navar stood up and looked down at her. He was hurt and angry. "I would have died for you and I thought you felt the same. I thought we were forming a pack. A pack I had never had before. But I see now, it was all an illusion. A lie I read into. A lie I wanted to believe. Goodbye Dawn, I hope you find happiness in your solitude. " He then turned and walked away.

She winced and shifted to her human form, although it didn't do anything to help. "I'm sorry, Navar." She said, looking down at the ground.She had already failed Amar, and now she had failed him.
