Anna looked down at her hands and shook her head a little "Moonhaven is gone. Most of the creatures got away and were moved tot he sanctuary, but the forest has been destroyed." Anna said sadly.

Orson smiled at Kristen. "Then we're in business!" He looked back at Aurora and said, " I still have much to learn. Thank goodness for your vast knowledge."

Bertram's body deflated and his mind slipped back into despair. "How was the forest destroyed? By fire?" He asked quietly.

Aurora dipped her head in thanks then looked to the window "Yes, I think we will have to rest for the night, even if the pack gets here tonight, they will have to rest before attacking.

"No, the humans are expanding their city again and managed to tear down the forest, but the ones that lived there are safe. My father's pack got everyone out of the area that they could find, and the know the hiding places."

Jackdaw offered Dawn his arm and waited patiently for her to take it.

Aurora dipped her head in thanks then looked to the window "Yes, I think we will have to rest for the night, even if the pack gets here tonight, they will have to rest before attacking.

Jackdaw smiled and started walking along the balcony, to where the stairs led out into the pathways of the garden.

She suggested,"They won't hurt you because I'm human, they won't hurt me because they think they need me. If they catch me, thinking it's you then they won't actually have you. Plus they'll focus their attentions on stopping my magic when I know basically nothing. They wouldn't bother to put a collar on a human." She suggested logically.

Orson looked to Aurora briefly, then returned his gaze to Kristen. "I've never crossed genders with the spell before. But if it's possible, then that's a perfect plan, Kristen." He said.

Elina looked at Aaran and scoffed, "It's just a lashing, one that he'll easily heal from. It's not that bad of a punishment. But it speaks volumes that you would stand up for Thorn." She said softly.

Kristen smiled back at him when Aurora said they could do it, but she was a little weirded out. "So will I be a guy for a while or will other people just see me as a guy?" She said nervously. Being a guy, even for a while, will be so weird. She could only imagine what it would be like for Orson becoming a girl.

"I'm just a servant." He said quietly,"I should be getting the punishment not him. He's a general." He stared after him miserably. His sense of loyalty was greater than his hatred for Thorn.

Taylor sat down slowly. She stared at the floor trying to process what happened when she burst into tears. She didn't care about the guy watching her, she just cried til she didn't have any tears left. She sniffed loudly then took off her jacket and curled up on the floor with it,"Go away. I want to sleep." She demanded tearfully between sniffs.

"You said the Oilin? How did he get away from Racine? " Xavier asked curiously.

"I don't know. He told everyone what happened while I was gone. I did hear some stuff but I'm not going to tell you. They're my friends, what do you think I am, an idiot?" She glared at him with red rimmed eyes,"I even sorta miss them constantly kissing. That's just stupid."

She didn't want to make him sad again by pointing out that the giant spiders could have gotten his family before the move, since they enjoyed eating mythical creatures.

Orson looked to Aurora when she explained it to Kristen. He knew how the regular incognito spell worked, but not how the variation would work. He chuckled at Kristen statement. "I don't think the bag guys are going to care what outfit you have on, love." He said with humor.
