Astrid turned towards Maria put her finger to her lips, "Shhh."

Asher walked towards the general store. "Maria, don't ask questions." He reminded her gently. He took her arm and lead her to a hotel. "You can stay here for the night, ok?" Pushing his hand into his pocket he pulled out some money and put in her hand. "Use this to get a room. I need to go, we can talk tomorrow." Asher turned and disappeared down a dark alley.

Raine nodded to Astrid and started inside. That's when someone grabbed his shoulder. Startled, he looked behind him to see Maria. She asked what he was doing, but he didn't have an answer for her. For he himself, didn't know. He was at the complete mercy of Astrid's knowledge. He stood there mute, just watching as Asher came over and drew Maria away. Raine looked back at Astrid, then preceeded to do as she had instructed him to do.
(I hope that's right. :/ If not let me know. :p )

Astrid walked into an isle and looked across the shelf. Pulling off a box from the shelf she showed it to Raine. It had a picture of a blue eye. "There called 'contacts'. I need to wear them." She then turned and walked to the cash register.

Raine looked around the store, while he waited. He watched how the humans moved around. He straightened up his posture and tried to look like he belonged in their world. He glanced back to where Astrid had gone, to make sure she was still safe.

Personality: Shy, sweet, cuddly, musical, loves music, social.
True Form: A little light blue parakeet with yellow spots on her wings and pink dots on her cheeks, she's really fluffy and has blue eyes.
Picture/Description: In human form she has really long, wavy, light blue hair that goes down to almost her hips, she has little freckles on her cheeks and nose and her eyes are crystal blue. She's a normal height and is skinnier than most people, and her skin is really pale.

She was speechless She gave him a long hug "Thank you" She whispered (Can they like each other?)
