"My cell is broken." Taylor said glumly,"When they tazed me I must have fallen on it. What if they rigged your phone to trace the call? I hate modern technology!" She glanced at him,"If you think it's a good idea, do it, but know it may have the same consequences."

"No, silly. Remember why Zypher used these? They are burners, they can't be tracked, that's the beauty of them." Nashton said with a big cheesy grin. He pushed Cadeon's number and waited.

Cadeon sighed at the shrill ring of a cell phone. Who would have a cell phone all the way out here....then it dawned on him and his eyes popped open. that's when he realized it was his cell phone ringing. He quickly fished it out of his pocket and answered, "Ember?!"

"Cadeon! No! This is Nash and Taylor. Listen, we both got away, but we are collared. We realy need Jackie's help here. They are the spelled kind, not the lock ones." Nashton said in a rush.

"Nash! Okay! Hold on! I'm getting her!" He said as he got up and headed inside to find Jackie. "Hey, did either one of you guys see Ember in there? She just disappeared on us." He hope she hadn't been caught, but then why wasn't she here safe and sound by now. He thought to himself.

Nashton said to Cadeon, "No, I didn't see her, bud. But hold on..." He looked at Taylor and asked, "Did you see Ember when you were in Menagerie?"

Taylor took the phone,"She went down before I did. She was fighting with us after we got captured and she got knocked out after a bit. I haven't seen her or the others since then. I'm sorry Cadeon, she was very brave while we were fighting. The sooner you help us with the collars the sooner we get her back.

Aaran grinned,"You're glad? You just made one ice god very happy." He ate a couple more bites and burped,"Excuse me."

Kristen grinned and twisted over so he could rub her back,"I love you!"

Enoch sat up a little taller. "Well in this world of checks and balances, having an ice god on your side, is a very good thing indeed." He said with a smile.

Orson chuckled lightly, "Is that because of the back rub or just because I'm so lovable?" He inquired hopeful.

"Agreed. I'm just plain old awesome." He grinned cheekily,"I'm also fabulous. And humble too."

Kristen twisted back around and kissed him,"Lovable and so much more. Back rubs do help though." She teased then kissed him again,"Of all the billions of people in the world, how was I lucky enough to get you? You are my perfection. You make me feel complete like I was missing a limb or something before I met you. now that I have you it's impossible to think of myself without you."

Anna chuckled lightly and looked to the door, waiting to see if there were any guards there or not at the moment. She wanted them to be able to get free from this place and be able to free anyone else trapped here.

Angela looked to Arran and smiled as they came to the door with the meal for Nektar.

Ember wandered around the hallways curiously. She had lost sight of Ashton, and was wondering where she had gone.

Zypher saw that it was clear of gaurds. He opened the door wide and stepped out. "Man, I miss my guns! I feel naked here." He complained.

Nektar heard the knock and instantly turned red. He smiled nervously at Ember.

Arran held the door open so that they could get the cart inside the door.

Graydon whispered, "Let's just make a run for it. They can't really stop us." He looked around the room.

Ashton was glad that Vaughan was only scraped and bruised, nothing more. she was still mad at that trouble making Azure.

Cadeon sighed at finally finding out that she was captured. " Oh, okay. Thanks, Taylor. Hey, Jackie?!" Cadeon called out.

"She seemed to like you very much." Jackdaw said with a smile. He started walking again, as he glanced up at the moons. "It was always a mystery why the trees never filled in this cleaning. Until one night we happen to be passing by here. That's when we found them. So it became a ritual with my pack to witness their birth and rejoice in their beauty. Old habits die hard. For that time has long since past. Yet here I am, with a member of a new pack, rediscovering the magic." He finally turned to look at Dawn with a grin. "Does that make me a sentimental fool? No, wait! Don't tell me. I rather live in denial. That way I retain plausible deniability." He finished with a deep chuckle.

He said absently, "Whenever she changes the future, she suffers seizures, while everything she have changed, is altered throughout the timeline. That is what has happened just now. But I've never seen her break her rules of intervening. She would only come to me when she had a crisis of conscience. Like you saw, when you first came to share my cell."

Dawn shifted and shook her snowy white fur. She sat down and threw her head back, as if in a howl, to gaze at the sky above.

( Not possible, my geek is showing. Ember was not trapped in the inside room, she had made it out with Jadon, Nashton & Cadeon. Nashton was darted soon after the door had shut. So Taylor would have no way of knowing what had happened to Ember. Sorry, I had to say it. That's just how my mind works. :/ )

Anna made her way out of the room then glanced to Bertram "Come on, we are getting out of here" She said quietly then started down one hallway.

"Hello" Ember said as she came in with the cart. She looked over to the new shifter and smiled "I am Angela, what is your name?"

I hope we all find our freedom. " He whispered softly to her sleeping form. After a moment, he looked over at Zia on his shoulder. He reached up a hand to scratch under her chin, but stopped himself halfway there. " Sorry, you're just so cute as a racoon, that I tend forget you're not to be petted like an animal." He explained embarrassed.
