"Everyone needs hope during fearful times." Rio told her nicely. "I hope the people that rescued us are going to be okay." He said, some nervousness in his voice. He would feel slightly guilty if any of them were killed, even though it wouldn't be his fault.

Sirene swam as fast as she could, hoping Keldwyn wouldn't catch up. Racing in the water was much easier for her, if she was running she could fall and accidentally hurt herself, but not in the water. Esprit smiled at them, glad they were having fun.

Aurelius smiled knowing the outcome. "I'm sure they can hold their own. They are trained to be in those kind of situations. " She said simply.

Keldwyn slowed to a stop. She then started grazing on some river plants. Sirène was just two fast to catch up to and these plants looked really tasty. She looked up as she chewed.

Graydon smiled and looked at their creation. "This is a fine rope, if I say so myself. Now to find out if it works." He said.

Qdoba smiled kindly and said,"I thought it to be the perfect choice, when i saw it." She then moved to assist Star in getting dressed.

Ra and Anubis started running faster at the sudden voice. They were excited by the voice, it meant they were close. He charged faster, their jaws a gape and saliva dripping from their lips eager anticipation. Ra, then shot two fire balls at the light at the end of the tunnel. He growled in annoyance at the darkness being interrupted by the bird.

Zypher looked to the side rooms, if he and a few others could make it to then in time, they could flank the beasts. That way it wasn't just a frontal attack. He voice his thoughts to Don and waited for his response.

Cadeon's throat was so dry, it was hard to swallow. He saw the fire balls coming at Ember, but was powerless to stop them. He had tried to shoot them, but they weren't sold, so the bullets had little to no effect. They seemed to be some form of flammable fluid. "Ember! Look out! It looks like napalm!" He cried.

Ashton sighed deeply, "I sorry. I'm so confused myself. If they swapped you out. I couldn't tell. She has your memories. How is that even possible? Wait, do you remember what she was doing before the portal opened up in the cell?" She asked. She wanted to find out if they shared each other's memory.

Bertram embraced her. He then said, "You feel, you think and you are self-aware. What more do you need to be real?" He then pinched her on the arm. "Can you feel that?"

Kyra grinned and shifted then grabbed one end of the rope and headed up to the branch to tie the end to it. "Alright let's try this."

Star smiled and got changed with her help. She looked to the mirror again once she was dressed and smiled "This will do nicely" She said then turned and hugged Qdoba before going out to see the boys.

Rosie smiled and nodded "There is isn't there?" She said then chuckled "So, what do you want to do now?"

Ember called out then flipped, dousing her flame and flying lower to avoid the two flameballs then going back up and flaring brighter. She flew towards the two pets and threw some burning feathers at them.

Don nodded and grinned "I like the way you think." He said and motioned to his people "Flank" He said, looking as he could to the wolves and the humans that moved to get in the side rooms.

Estelle shook her head and looked to Ashton then back down "I don't know. I don't want to know" She said quietly
(Would they share new memories? I thought it was just up to that one point)

"Ouch" Estelle said and drew back to rub that spot and looked to him "Why wouldn't I feel that?" She asked and looked down then back to him "I am alive, but I don't know if I am the real Estelle or a double of her"

"Navar." Dawn said quickly, since she really didn't know Star well.

Dust gave a small nodded and turned his focus to the ground again.

Jackdaw straightened and asked more then a little alarmed, "Why see him? Why not Amar? Should I be jealous of this Navar? What breed is he? Is he a Great Pyrenees too?"

Degan shrugged and said, "I can walk with you while you look for a suitable home. There is no hurry to fall on my face." He grinned widely at his own joke.

Aeval was relieved to see the familiar shape of the mountain up ahead. She knew they would be safe there. But she saw a moose down below. She called out to Dust, "Did you call in a take out order for moose? " as she glided down and grabbed it with all four of her claws, without losing a beat of her wings. "Order up!" Pandora called out happily, as she winked at Dust.

Jackdaw straightened and asked more then a little alarmed, "Why see him? Why not Amar? Should I be jealous of this Navar? What breed is he? Is he a Great Pyrenees too?"

Degan shrugged and said, "I can walk with you while you look for a suitable home. There is no hurry to fall on my face." He grinned widely at his own joke.

Kyra grinned and shifted then grabbed one end of the rope and headed up to the branch  to tie the end to it. "Alright let's try this."

Graydon had made a makeshift net with the vines too small to beat. George had tied it together with left over fibers. It wasn't pretty, but as he loaded up the moss and grasses, he saw it was pretty functional. He then climbed the tree with the other end. "Okay! Let's pull it and see if that net holds." He said, as he braced himself in the doorway and started pulling. "How's it doing? " He asked curiously.

Qdoba took to cleaning the bathing chamber, as Star left.

Falkirk looked up as Star stepped out of the doors. "Oh, Princess Star! You look radiant this morning. I see the day agrees with you." He said pleasantly.

Ender bowed his head to her and smiled as he returned his gaze to her. "You are truly lovely, Princess Star. A vision worthy of awe." He said with respect

Ericsson frowned slightly in thought. But found a lack of inspiration. "Would you think less of me if I admitted, I haven't a clue. I've never had this much down time. Don't get me wrong, it's very enjoyable, but I'm limited on ideas as to what to do with it." He explained meekly.

The fire balls collided with the wall that had the doors in it. They stuck to the metal and continued to burn, resembling torches.

Ra charged forward to intercept the fire feathers. He caught them in his mouth and devoured them. They add to he's fires intensity and he relished the warmth. He hissed at the brightness of Ember. He jumped up trying to snap her up in his fiery jaws.

While Ra focused on the Phoenix, Anubis rounded his brother and continued on towards the tasty morsels. He was in a frenzy, he hadn't feasted in so long. But he was angry that he couldn't eat now. Just kill and mangle. He growled as he ran, sounding like a freight train. All the while, snapping his jaws in anticipation of soft flesh.

"I know sweetheart. It's all so much to take in. We'll just drop it. Okay? " She said as he hugged her tightly.

Bertram shrugged, "I was proving you feel, there for you are. I'm sorry, Estelle. I have lived alone to long. My logic isn't always sound. " He explained simply.

The moose soon stopped struggling. Either out of shock or death. Aeval didn't care, it was just easier to carry now. She found the sky light to the underground lake. She carefully lowered them through the cave ceiling, down to the island below. She set the moose down and landed a few feet away. "Watch your feet as you Start you unloading. It is quite a drop." Pandora said with humor.

"I sure hope so. Though, if they were able to get shifters out of Menagerie I'm sure they'll be fine, that takes some skill." Rio said. "Maybe you'll one day free more shifters from Menagerie. Would you want to?" Rio asked curiously.

Sirene saw that Keldwyn had stopped and she stopped also. She took a small piece of a plant and ate it. Sirene liked eating plants, it was much easier than killing something, but hunting was what mermaids were built for, despite the fact that mermaids looked like they never ate enough with their ribs showing slightly so you wouldn't think they'd be strong.

Arya was laying down by a stream, relaxed. She purred happily at she licked herself clean, glad that there were no large predators to distract her. Despite her size, she pretty much acted like a normal cat, even if she did eat people. They were just large mice to her because of their size and how they ran.

The light was enough for the wolves still in the hallway to open fire on the two pets. With Ra, they would have a chance to shoot at his chest and belly since he was going after Ember.

Ember squawked and twisted in the air, her talons scraped the roof when she turned then dived to attack, drawing more sparks. Fire wouldn't hurt her, she was a creature of fire in this form, but fangs and claws that could also stand the heat could cause damage, so she tried to avoid them as she attacked, aiming for Ra's eyes to blind him.

Anna growled low as she waited for the pets to get close enough to attack them herself. This one was big, but she was fast and nimble. She would use her speed to attack, working to get around and hamstring or go for the belly of this almost bear one whichever she would have a shot at.

Estelle nodded and clung to Ashton. This was all strange and she didn't like it at all "Maybe mother will know what to do when she gets back. I hope so" She said softly.

"But, how can we know feeling wasn't part of whatever spell made us double? Shouldn't we also pinch her to be sure she feels like I do?" Estelle asked and looked to him again "Wait, what if both of us are doubles and the original is still trapped somewhere?" She asked then covered her face "I'm making my head hurt"
