Orson twirled softly in response to Kristen. He picked up the journal that Jackie had set down. He thumbed through a few entries, before he started reading fully.

Star smiled at him then glanced to the two in question before focusing on her meal. She didn't know what had Falkirk going so deep in thought, but she would give him time to think while she ate

Angela blushed and dipped her head at his compliment. "Reality can be as good as a dream at times" She said softly.

Jason shrugged as he watched the male "You said you trusted him not to talk before. If he gives you his loyalty, will we be able to trust him not to go to Marcus or another like that killer?" There was a growl to his voice, though his words were reasonable so far. "The way Marcus is, we might need this facility again, especially if he keeps finding ways to try to cripple us when we remove the trackers"

"Not personally, no" Jackie answered, shaking her head "My ancestors did rarely, but they knew they could be a threat" She frowned a little then got up to get an old book out 'Or at least that's what she wrote in her journal" She said and set the book on the coffee table for them to read if they wanted to.

Falkirk flushed at the realization that he was neglecting his dinner companion. He rushed to offer apologies, "Princess Star, it seems I've became vexed by a memory. Please forgive me." He said quietly.

Donovan nodded and agreed. "Yes, I understand that I must keep our environment a secret. I would never go to Markus. I swear!"

Ashton nodded and lowered the gun. "I believe you, I just had to make sure." She said and looked to Jason again.

"As punishment. Usually it's only when others do not listen to her, which doesn't happen much at all anymore because she doesn't come to earth and speak to humans or animals. Everyone would try to catch her. She is the goddess of beauty, after all." Bellatrix said.

Keldwyn looked at her blankly. "Water dragons? Thank goodness I've never crossed one's path. Are they friendly or ferocious? " She asked curiously.

Aeval was enjoying the challenge. Not flying in this form, seemed foreign to her. She jumped up onto a ledge and started climbing the cliff face. That way her size didn't slow her down, it became an asset.

One thing he doesn't understand is that we are two in one, to give a human the ability to shift would make that human crazy. I have watched your kind all my life, you fight to be civilized, to not be the type of animal you are. That is good in it's way, it gives this world many things it wouldn't have otherwise, but to have the ability to shift would be going against your natural instincts that humans have developed over centuries. We fight Marcus and his people to save our people and humans, remember that" He said then looked to Anna and turned to go to the door again.

Jackie looked over to the journal then sighed a little "Alice (the journal's writer)had rescued a young hippogryph from a trap in the woods. The fey appeared around her, accusing her of setting the trap and hurting the magical being. They took the young one though they couldn't hurt Alice because of her pendant." Jackie said then shrugged "She had to return home without the hippogryph and she never found out what happened to it."
