Dust slowed his pace. He wanted to bolt but doing that may get him killed.

Jackdaw sighed in annoyance at Absmi. "Your servant is greatly lacking in her duties. She has failed to inform you of a great many things. It is the mirror in your room. It can take to throughout this realm. But you need a key to open it, it's in the form of a magical stone called a moonstone. So we'll need to get your moonstone first." He said, as he started walking to the door.

"Oh, I was, until you were finished groping yourself." Degan teased mildly.

Aeval stopped as the ledge narrowed further. She had to find an alternate route. She looked around herself. The upper cliff as crumbly sandstone. It would never support her weight. She could back up she couldn't see were she going. She glanced over the edge ans saw a wider ledge down below. She crouched low and slowly slipped over the edge and started repelling down the cliff.

Aaran followed him and put on the armor. He started waddling around in it to try it out. *Clank clank clank clank* Aaran made a beat by walking around in his armor, desperately trying not to laugh.

Taylor rested her head on his shoulder,"Sorry, I don't have an evil twin or anything. At least I think I don't..." She said after a moment and smiled,"That'd be kinda cool. Like unicorn cool."

Kristen frowned,"Seriously? So like, you could be one of them and I'd never know?" She poked his shoulder to make sure he was actually there.

( It's not that kind of armor. Think Lord of the rings. The armor the elves had. That kind silly. )
Enoch waited until it shrank to size. "Better? " He asked politely.

"Unicorn cool? Sometimes I think I need a Rosetta Stone to understand you. But it matters not, because I love you Taylor." Nashton said with great affection.

Orson chuckled softly and said, "You have spent years with me. If I was a fake, you wouldn't know. Because you have spent years with me." He winked at her good naturally.

Sirène grinned and ate her food. "Some humans are correct when they say the ocean is a death trap for humans. Pretty much is." She said.
The sun was setting, which set a golden light all over the land. "The sunset is beautiful, isn't it?" Bellatrix said peacefully.

Keldwyn smiled happily and said, "That will teach them the don't rule everything. "

Dawn went in front of him, blocking his path. She looked at him sternly. "Do not insult Absmi like that. Might I remind you that she knows your identity as well but has promised to keep it. She's part of the flock, whether you like it or not, so give her the respect she deserves."

Dust was more carefully about where he set his feet after sliding. The mountain's surface varied, making it hard to set a pace.

Orson shook his head, "You would know. Because they can't cross onto Jackie's land. It warded to not allow anyone, but invited guests." He reminded Kristen.

Jackdaw stepped back in shock at Dawn's sudden movement. But at her words, he felt his cheeks blush at her reprimand. He looked down at the floor in submission. "Yes, Lady Dawn. I forgot my place. I did not mean to speak so harshly about Absmi. You are absolutely right, my very existence is indebted to both of you. Please forgive my oversight. It will not happen again."

Degan tipped his head in curiousity. "How do you make that sound as a human." He asked.

Aeval glanced down as her legs touched the larger ledge. She smiled and climbed the rest of the way. She then took off at a fast pace for her size. Ena looked up at the above ledge. She was concerned for Dust's safety. She prayed he didn't fall.

Falkirk stood as well and said, "The surprise is in my quarters. I would worry about impropriety, but you have two chaperones." He held out his elbow to her and asked, "That's the only information you'll grant you." He explained mischievously.

Zypher looked to Jason. "Did you bring another scrambler? I only thought to bring the one." He admitted.

Orson nodded again and relaxed a little. "Best news I've heard all day." He said with relief.

Star smiled and took his arm so they could walk together again. She glanced over to the two guards and smiled at them again. "Then let us discover this surprise" She said happily

Jackie smiled at that then nodded and glanced around herself. There weren't many of the shifters that had stayed, which was probably a good thing, since she only had the one guest room

Danika looked to the sunset and smiled happily "Yes, it is beautiful" She answered softly. She liked the sunsets around here, they were always pretty

"I wonder how many aren't grateful for the beauty of it. It's so hard to ignore yet easy to take for granted." Bellatrix said. There were so many people and creatures that seemed so cruel you wouldn't think they'd even care about the beauty of the sun, but it's hard to resist simply looking at it for enjoyment.
