Falkirk listened to her beautiful voice. The words she sang fit the melody perfectly.

Graydon sighed, "I felt his unwelcome. What can I do to make him change his mind?" He called up to her.

Zypher nodded and went to the desk to got a slip of paper and wrote down the address. He then handed it to Anna. "Alright, make your call and I'll let Keira know we're coming." He said as he started typing a reply.

Garth shook his head, "No! No needles. Please, I'll be good. Please! Needles bad!" He said wide-eyed to Jackie.

Starr looked to him then dropped her gaze after the song ended. She smiled, happy with the words she had found for it and hoping he liked them too, since they were about how she felt around him.

"He thinks..." Kyra started, though she had also started laughing and nearly couldn't talk at all. "H-he thinks you are go-going to steal his girlfriend" She chuckled, though it was more likely that they would eat the other squirrel for a meal instead

Anna nodded and found her phone to make the calls they would need to make to get the doctor to meet them there. "He's about 20 minutes away from there" She said after giving the address.

"Ok, no needle" The wolf said then shrugged "It was just a choice for you to make, so we do this without a numbing agent now" He said and looked to his kit to find the alcohol swab and a sterile knife to use.

Jackie reached over with her free hand to touch his face gently "It's alright Garth, no needles"

The wolf looked to them again then showed Garth the alcohol pad "This is just to clean the skin, it does not hurt at all, alright" He said, acting like Garth was a pup now, after seeing his reactions to things.

Sirène saw a pool table no one was using. "How about we go over there and play?" She asked, pointing at it.

Merton nodded, "Nature walks are calming, and they give you a breath of fresh air. The city air is pretty polluted, it's probably healthy to have some "clean" air every once in a while." He said. "Do you go to the other forest to take pictures often? It's nice, there are so many animals there. Chances are you'll at least see a herd of deer within 20 feet of you, and there are snakes everywhere."

"Okay! Count me in! " She said enthusiastically, as she walked over to the table and choose her stick. ~~~ "No, I haven't been to the other forest. My schedule and other things have kept me busy. Is it as nice as this one?" Nix asked.

The wolf looked to them again then showed Garth the alcohol pad "This is just to clean the skin, it does not hurt at all, alright" He said, acting like Garth was a pup now, after seeing his reactions to things. 

Falkirk was speechless for a long moment. But then found his voice. "Star, that is a life altering song. You got all of that from the melody? I believe we have found your talent. You are a lyricist. A very special talent indeed." He said in awe.

Zypher put the ETA in the email and sent it. He then closed down the programs and left security live feed on. "Then let's bounce." He said to Anna.

Garth had only known pain with needles. The scientists were cruel and ruthless. They didn't care if it hurt. They just wanted the blood for the results. He squeezed Jackie's hand tightly and nodded at her words. She gave him courage. "Thanks for taking the time." He said to the wolf.

"Okay! Count me in! " She said enthusiastically, as she walked over to the table and choose her stick.

Sirène smiled. What she had learned so far from watching the others play is that you put the balls in a triangle, so she did so. "I think we use the white ball to hit the others." Sirène said as she got her stick.

"It's not as nice, but still beautiful. And peaceful, too. Well, if you go in the morning. I made the mistake of coming out of m-I mean, going to the woods at night. The place is full of wolves." Merton told him.

"What fun this will be. You can go first." Keldwyn said with continued excitement. A waitress came over with a tray with two drinks on it. "These are for you ladies, they are from the gentleman at the bar." She explained as she set them down and left. Keldwyn looked over at the man and then the drinks. "What should we do?" She asked Sirène curiously. ~~~ "Oh, then I'll just have to keep to the park then. I saw the movie The grey. Not for me." Nix admitted to Merton.

Taylor pretended to glare at him,"Thanks a lot." She jogged to the bathroom and shut the door.

Kristen nodded,"Should we tell the pack that I can shift? The less people that know the better."

Enoch shrugged, "Their ways are vastly different. But the advancements they have made with their limited lifespans is quite amazing." He replied with regard.

Luce looked to him with a start. Then she gasped, "Wow! What a difference! I love it, Nash. You look great! It's a lot better then how I cut it. " She said happily.

"A lyricist puts words to music. You are very go at it. You transformed my melody into a beautiful song. Thank you for that. I'll cherish it always. I think we should perform it for queen Avalon. She would greatly appreciate your work. " Falkirk praised.

But I can tell you for certain, that leaf you ate. Here in this realm, it heals your mortal wounds. But in Anstopfia, you'll be immortal. Well, if you already aren't." He explained further.
