Markus shook his head. "No, I want mindless brutes. Only smart enough to follow orders. But if you have one available, I'd be interested in blood samples." He stated plainly.

"Perhaps we'll find a few." She said. Once she missed she waited for Keldwyn to play her turn.

"Okay, I have a few. It should be easy enough to get one's blood." Luis said. "I've never really tried to make them brutes. Though I'll try, I guess. I still want to continue with my goal, but there are enough scientists for another job." He told Markus. "I'll think of something as soon as I can. Shouldn't be too hard."

Star blushed and curtsied to them, happy with their praise and her life here,even if it was with enforced protection.

He returned after the call, looking to Anna and Zypher "Tech will be here in about 30 minutes."

Anna smiled and nodded. "With the tech, it won't be too hard." She said thoughtfully and reached to hold his hand.

Ember looked to Cadeon again then moved to sit beside him. She reached for his hand and leaned her head against his shoulder a little "I was awake" She said softly "When you were carrying me out of there. I held to your voice to stay here in this life for you"

Angela blushed and shook her head "Then you will be waiting beyond forever to hear such words." She said softly and reached to hug him again "Right now,I couldn't imagine ever saying them and mean it" 

Falkirk grinned widely, pleased that dispite it all, Star still found things to smiled about.

Zypher took her offered hand and squeezed it lightly. " That's good news. Hang in there Keira." He said with encouragement.

Cadeon looked deeply into her eyes and stated, "It is fortunate that you did so. I'm humbled that you stayed. Because if you hadn't, I was fully ready to embrace you into the fire of oblivion, then to live one moment without you. I love you Ember, that much."

Nektar embraced her fully. He aligned his face within the V of her neck. He savored her lovely scent and dared to think of a future together. "I do not deserve you." He whispered softly in her ear, as he placed a feather light kiss on her temple.

Aaran nodded,"Maybe, or maybe they were just named that because they have wings. I guess it could've happened though. I don't understand why the king thought the wings were an ugly deformity, they really are cool. I'd trade my powers in for those any day."

"How did they get that thing on you?" Anna asked, looking to her again. "Did they shoot it at you or did it move on it's own?" That could change things and how they went after Marcus again and if it was AI, they could have other problems besides just this fight.

Jackie looked away from the pair, blushing a little. Her gaze flicked over to Bertram then to Sergio to see how they took the display

Danika returned to her unicorn form and went into the water to splash in it also.

Bellatrix started started cleaning herself, letting the water completely cover her feathers. "This is nice." Bellatrix commented.

Jackdaw winced as Dawn pulled him out. He then got some wiggle room and was able shift his weight off his front half to lay flat. "That's much better, Thanks. I felt like a knot. " He joked.

Bob looked at her and said, "Yes, but I don't do that. I'll have to send it out to do that or I can send you to a specialist. He cuts gems and has all the equipment on hand."

Aeval looked to Dust. "What do you think?" She asked.

Danika nodded and swam out a little, letting the water cover her then coming back into the shallows to roll there.

Luis followed. He was wondering about that "nightmarish" thing Markus was talking about, and he wondered if he knew about shifters. Shifters were pretty awful, and the concept was weird.

Bellatrix went back to the shallow water and perched on a wet rock that was barely peeking out of the water. She shook the water off of her wings.
