Star turned to look at the bars with a frown. "What are those for?" She asked curiously, not knowing that they were spelled. Those made her feel more like a prisoner than anything else that had happened inside these walls. They reminded her of the short time she had been caught and imprisoned. "No, no I cannot have those"

Kyra ate her meal with him, chatting about inconsequential things as they ate. When they were done, she got up to clean the dishes again

"Oh, Garth, that's very thoughtful of you, thank you" Ember said, going over to rescue a couple of the glasses before he could lose control of them all
~~~

"Where do any of us belong?" Skylar replied then shrugged "We make our own places in this world.Creatures like me and the rest of the pack don't belong here naturally, we make our own place and our own way, we live and we make the best of our lives"
~~~

Anna settled in to watch the show also, though she soon fell lightly asleep, snuggled up against Zypher now. There was nowhere else she wanted to be but with him and their pack

"No, she doesn't" Jason said and grinned, motioning for her to sit with him so they could eat together.
~~

Aaron looked to her, worry in his eyes "What did Avelon do to your mother?" He asked, though it was clear it wasn't a good thing. (If she already told him, I didn't see it before)

Estelle and Elle giggled and glanced to eachother then back to him again. They were enjoying having a double to play around a bit with the others, though they weren't mean in any of their pranks. Their games were kinder than that.

Falkirk got concerned by Star's reaction. "They are to help keep us safe. Just remember you are not trapped. You have your moonstone. It'll take you away from here with just a thought." He said softly, trying to calm her.

Spyro look to her and to the windows. Debating what to do.

Graydon helped where he could. Then decided to practice his basket weaving some more.

Garth sighed with relief, when Ember helped. "That was close. I was sure those two were goners. " He explained with humor.

Cadeon chuckled as he accepted a glass from Ember. He thanked her, before he took a long sip. "Oh, that's pure heaven on a hot day. Thank you for this, Garth."

Bertram nodded his thanks, as he took the glass held out to him. "Very kind of you. With much thanks." He said quietly.

Jaxon smiled at Skylar. She was a beautiful person both inside and out. She never made him feel inferior in any way. "I never thought of it that way. How you see things that are obstructed from my view, shows me I still have much to learn. Which I look forward to doing. " He said a little more positively. "It seems I was having a pity party and you were invited. " He added with a bright smiled.

Having Anna safe at his side and being back home, allowed him to drop his gaurd long enough, that he also drifted off to sleep. But not before pulling a throw down upon them.

Luce sat down beside Jason and giggled softly. "And flattery will almost get you everything in this world. " She teased, as she gave his a quick peck on the cheek, before starting to dish up the food. Being sure to give him only the best parts.

Elina looked to the ground and stated, " I think on some level, I've transferred my hate of her father to her. That and she has tried to hunt down Racine and kill him. So that is reason enough. I feel this anger inside me that needs to be released. Sometimes I'm not sure where it all comes from. But it builds despite what I do to ease it." She then looked back at the castle bitterly. "I know I'm not making any sense. Being back here is awakening a lot of mixed emotions. " She said in a fluster. (Poor Aaran. Elina's spiraling out of control emotionally.)

Omen cautiously looked to them. "I think you have mischief in mind. I best keep my wits about me." He teased the girls further.

Racine looked to Enoch at his statement. He reached forward and grabbed a chunk of the cooling meat. "I don't have that answer yet. The offer is tempting, I'll admit that. But there is much more to this war then land and resistance of it. " He explained further.

Enoch nodded slightly, as he rolled the parchment up and handed it back to Racine. "Rest easy, you still have a lot of night to think it over. Dispite which you choose, know you have our undying devotion and we'll be at your side. But Elina is going to be you biggest problem should you choose peace. I do not envy you that conversation, my king. "

Racine listened as he silently chewed. He knew Enoch was right in that aspect.

Jason smiled and waited for her to get her plate also before he started to eat with her

Spyro made a decision. He went out on the balcony to stop them.

Falkirk went to sit by Star and folded her into his embrace. "I'm sorry, I didn't realize that's why." He said softly.

Graydon worked contentedly, until he hit a snag. "Kyra, I think I did something wrong." He said as he took it over for her to look at

Cadeon sat beside her and asked, "Almost?"

Bertram sat and leaned aginst the tree trunk. He rested he back and shut his eyes.

Garth beamed and sat with them. Just happy to be included.

Jaxon looked to Skylar and nodded. "I won't. And should I ever forget, you have my permission to box my ears." He said in an attempt at humor.

Luce finished serving and smiled as she noticed he'd waited on her. He was such a sweetheart. She picked up her fork and took a bite.

Elina's composure crumbled the moment Aaran hugged her. She cried long and hard.
~~~
Omen laughed at that. "Duly noted, I will be most vigilant. But I do have a slight advantage." He said with enthusiasm.

Spyro made a decision. He went out on the balcony to stop them.

Kyra set hers aside and looked at his basket, running her fingers over the weave until she found the snag in it "Here it is, you just reversed it here" She said and started undoing it until they could sort the mistake

Ember looked around at the area then to Cadeon again "Almost, I think a little bench right here around this tree would make it perfect, don't you?"

Skylar chuckled lightly and glanced to the movie to see what was playing. "Boxing ears went out of style" She said jokingly

Jason started to eat with her, chatting about inconsequential matters to keep the moment from becoming too heavy from the coming separation

Aaron was surprised, but he held her close, moving them to sit down and hiding them in a small dome since he doubted she would want anyone else to see her like that. He didn't want her to be embarrassed by this.

"Oh?" Estelle asked as the twins looked to each other then back to him "Like seeing the future?" She asked curiously

Star leaned into him and sighed softly. "Even when I knew there was no way to get out of that place on my own, I was calmer when I couldn't see the bars. When I could see them, I couldn't help but to attack them until they broke." She said and nuzzled against him. "That was a frightening time"

Spyro came back in and said, "Okay, no more bars. I promise, Princess. We'll find another way. Maybe a forcefield or something. "

Falkirk tipped his head down to look to Star. "There. See, no more bars, Princess." He said soothingly.

Graydon watched her and said, "Ah, now I see it. That makes total sense. That's around the time the hummingbird distracted me. Thanks, Kyra. " He said with appreciation.

Cadeon leaned back on an elbow and gave it some thought. He then look to Ember playfully and whispered, "Oh, absolutely, a beach right here would be nice. But you in a two piece would make it perfect. " He then winked as he took a sip of tea.

Garth and Bertram were talking about the fence making process.

"The scientist that yelled that at me was dated. I didn't ever understand why. But I thought it was funny. Simply because goblins and trolls have large ears." Jaxon explained with a chuckle.

Luce love Jason's gift of easy conversation. Every time she would start to grow quiet, he'd say something absolutely hilarious that she focused on him handsome smile.

Elina slowly cane back to herself. She looked around and sighed with relief, that Aaran had been so thoughtful. " That was most unexpected. But I do feel as if a weight has been lifted. Thank you for indulging me." She said softly. She shyly look to him. She didn't pull away. She stayed within his comfort. She wasn't embarrassed that he had witnessed her weakness. But validated that he still accepted her despite it.

"Shhhh! It's a secret, Estelle. You can't just out me like that. " Omen said as he looked around for eavesdroppers. But grinned from ear to ear. "I'm teasing. Yes, but I'm limited by how far. I only see short distances. Not months or years." He explained seriously.

Estelle and Elle giggled again then both held out their hands to take one each of his. "Then you know what happens now" Elle said happily and started leading him to the house so he could get a room and something to drink if he wanted. 

Spyro knelt down, "Princess, you are never any trouble. Now please don't say that. " He explained compassionately.

Falkirk gently rubbed her back and said, "We should have foresaw this. The fault is ours, not yours. You have been through so much and yet here you are, a survivor."

Graydon nodded as he accepted it back and went to work on it some more.

Cadeon bowed his head in embarrassment. He'd heard only part of what she'd said, he'd been in his own thoughts. "Umm, it's a bathing suit. I'm sorry. I missed the boat on that one. I promise, I'll listen better in the future. Maybe I have heat stroke." He held his hand up to his head.

Jaxon shrugged and stated, " I've only seen pictures of pure blooded ones. Then my mutt reflection. But I look worse then them. I'm not completely half and half. But something else. That's why I have poisonous quills."

Luce looked to Jason knowing it was the time she was dreading. But he had important work to do. The sooner Markus was killed the better.

Elina nodded and admitted, "Yes, I feel so much better. Like a wound that's been lanced and the toxins removed. "

Omen knew, but played with them some more. "Aurora, help! They're leading me off to comfort and thirst quenching. If i don't come back, know I died happy again, but this time from happiness." He said dramatically.
