Vasper turns and no sooner does he get momentum, a stun net is shot at him talking him to the ground in a huff of twitching agony. Another SUV squeals to a stop and men get out in riot gear. "Drop to the pavement shifter scum!" Todd commands as he locks Jahab in his sight.

Todd smirked as he pointed with his chin as Delta team and Gamma team stepped out of the shadows. "You ever hear of a turkey shoot? You're the turkey. I guarantee, if you pop a shot at me, five others will drop you. We don't need you live. Your DNA is just as good dead." He said coldly.

Vasper continued to twitching uncontrollably as he looked to Jahab with wide eyes.

Aida ran over to Eragon's porch and bellowed, attempting to get him to play with her.
Eragon looked up from his book at the Baku, who was eagerly waiting for his response. "I'm not going to play, I'm reading." He told her firmly. Aida shifted and walked over to him,
"But you're always reading. Even when I was little, that's 90% of what you did."
Eragon rolled his eyes and hit Aida in the face with his book, grinning at her. Aida massaged her nose a little, and smiled. Eragon didn't do that to be mean, she just rough-housed and got hurt a ton so it was more like being playful
"So, will you run around now?"

"...No." And Eragon went back to reading.

Aida sighed and walked away from the house to go explore.
