"We tried to study one and were told that's not allowed. But it really shouldn't be too hard to recreate. Where do you live? " He asked curiously.

Islanzadi sighed a little, another question that would be difficult to answer. She, again, decided to be honest. Just not too honest.

"Well, if you go a few miles into the forest, you'll find a...Town. I live there. It sounds really weird, but I promise it is not." Islanzadi said with some humor.

"Movie? I was speaking of the books...I have them around here somewhere. Probably in my library" Ember said then shrugged and looked to him again as he sat her down. She smiled then kissed him lightly "I rather prefer to simply be called Ember"

Rana chuckled softly "I don't mind, but it isn't my collection" She reminded gently then glanced towards the kitchen area "Though I don't think Ember will mind either at this time...Come then, follow me and I will give you the tour" She said and turned to a hallway that led deeper in the mountain, picking up a lantern to light the way. "No electricity."

Shaylee laughed again and settled beside him. "Ready, set, go" She said before taking off for the shore, going to the surface to play in the waves on the way.

Ian stopped and looked at her "Are you part griffen then? To know the time of your death?" He asked with a frown. He didn't like the thought.

Eve giggled and took his hand then glanced to Skylar "He called me Lady" She said half solemnly then looked to him again and jumped a little to wrap her arms around his neck in a hug. "Did you come to play with us?"

Skylar had to put a hand over her lips to hide her smile. Kash had certainly made Eve like him just by being himself and it was sweet to watch. "Maybe we should let Kash meet the other pups now Evie?"


Eve sighed a little and nodded then grinned again, her emotions changed like quicksilver. "Ooh...will he play castle with us? We can let him be king first if he wants?" She said and looked to Kash again excitedly.

Danika smiled happily then shifted and looked to them both. "I know I can get there fast enough, but I don't know how fast you can go. I like to run fast, it's fun" 

"Ummm, very nice., Ember my love." He said as he paused for appreciation, he then considered the books and reading them, "Oh, we shall have to read them to Bob, then. So we can discover the wonders together in wonder land."

Sandor glanced to Lyra curious to see if she was coming, before turning to follow Rana. "If you're sure Ember won't mind. I would love to see this collection. I appreciate you taking the time to do this for us." He said politely.

Ravek also came to the surface to leap and bound over large waves. He was putting in some serious effort to win the race. But noticing Shaylee's mind was partly open to him still, he slowed to watch her play in the waves while she raced. He shook his head and nickered softly to her, as he kept pace with her. Winning wasn't that important to him anymore. Not when Being by her side ment more.

"No, I'm not a griffen. I don't think they see their own deaths or so I've been told." She said softly. Lexi looked at Ian and sighed sadly, before she started singing again. This time to erase his memories of her. She backed away from him singing a little louder to keep him in a trance, until she could hide from view.

Kash smiled adoringly at Eve. "I did come to see and play with the young pups here. You're a young, so yes,I did come to play with you." He said with happiness. "Castle? You really desire me to play a king? I'm not sure I'd know how to act like one. But I'm willing to give it a try. You could give me pointers."

Jaxon snickered softly at the display and Skylar's attempt at hiding her amusement. It was quite infectious.

Degan nodded and explained, "We can both run swiftly when need be." He shifted to his winged lion form.

Aurelius quickly shifted into her griffen form excitedly. She said, "Lead the way Danika, and we'll do our best to keep up with you."

Lyra jumped up to follow, looking at the artifacts on the shelves as she did.

Rana led them along, pointing out the things she knew a bit of the history of along the way. She motioned to the bedrooms they passed then led them to a large room that had many shelves and small tables for the items inside. It was like a small museum in there.

Shaylee nickered back, acting a bit like a dolphin as she leapt and spun through the waves then looked to him again happily. When they reached shore, she beached herself then looked around before shifting to her fae form.

Ian stilled when she started to sing again, closing his eyes to hear every nuance. When she was gone and let the spell-song fade, he blinked and looked around with a frown, uncertain of what had happened and why he was out there and away from his post. He reached for his radio and noticed it's absence so he shifted to his wolf to search for it, following his backtrail and catching her scent.

Eve grinned and released him, shifting back to her young wolf and leading the way back to the others with her tail wagging quickly. She was excited and happy to have an adult come to play with them.

Skylar chuckled softly and glanced around at them then motioned to follow Eve "Well, I do believe you made her day Kash" She said happily then reached for Jaxon's hand to walk after Eve and get to the dens here.
There would be about twenty pups, though less than half old enough to play. Eve called them over so they could meet and play castle with Kash and the others while Skylar went to greet the adults there.

Danika reared and pawed the air excitedly then took off, running to the closest tree then looking back to be sure they were coming and could keep up. She didn't want to leave them behind.

Ember smiled and nodded. "Yes, we have many books to read to him and many books where he can learn to read. Teaching him the language in it's written form can help him a lot."

Ravek shifted within the waves to his fey form and walked out of the water over to Shaylee. "Now that's a neat trick and I believe that makes you the winner. " He said as he offered her his hand. The lighting of the sky and a soft glow on the herizon showed dawns proximity. "I believe we should take the void, or else you'll be late." He replied softly.

Lexi saw Ian shift and leave. Thinking that she was now all alone, she stood up and started walking for the barrier. Perhaps She'd look for some water, she'd never swam free in her siren form and she wanted to do that before she was forced back to Menagerie. She thought miserably. The bloody nose was just the start of the agony.

Jaxon walked with Skylar hand and hand to the dens. He marveled at the very young pups and the more rambunctious ones.

Kash smiled softly and nodded, "Eve wasn't that hard to make happy, I'm afraid. She is a very special one." He stated matter-of-factly as he was called over to meet the others. "If you'll excuse me. " He said politely to them.

Jaxon chuckled lightly as Skylar led him over to the adults there. Garth followed them quietly.

Ian followed the odd scent curiously and slowly, he didn't want to startle whoever it was but was concerned that they had been traveling together and he didn't remember it. That spoke of magic and that was not good inside the barrier.

"She is a wonderful pup, so happy and loving" Skyar said softly, looking over to the pups then to Garth "You can go play with them if you want to, or the quieter group" She added, motioning to a group of pups that were laying in a circle and talking off to one side.

Eve started introducing everyone quickly, giving a name and organizing everyone so that Kash would be king and the others the court though she didn't have any real idea what one was like. It was all just for fun to her

"Well, I happened to be in Moonhaven when the spell was cast, yes. And I am two natured, but my natural form isn't too different from this one." Islanzadi said, whispering so nobody else would hear. "What are you?" She asked curiously.

Ravek glanced out to the herizon, then returned his gaze to Shaylee. "Anything you desire, Princess Shaylee, I would try to make possible. But this is a simple thing and I would love to see the sunrise with you. But I fear you beauty in it's waking light would prove to be far more important for my eyes. You are resplendent even in the absence of dawn's light." Ravek observed breathlessly.

Lexi glanced back a few times, checking to see if anyone was watching or following. But she hadn't noticed any movement or heard anything. She finally found a river and smiled softly. She climbed down the embankment and waded into the water. She made a soft sound as the water washed around her her legs. She dived under to submerge herself completely before she shiftedto her siren form. She splashed around playfully and enjoyed this time. before lying on her back and floating in the water while looking at the sky overhead. It lightened from pen pricked darkness to dawn's early light. Lexi cried silently as moved her tail in the current to stay in one place.

Jaxon had to agree with Skylar. Eve was a remarkable girl. He was content to stay with Skylar at the moment. He spoke with a few adults and complemented on their children.

Garth looked over to the pups that were in a circle and nodded, "Thank you, they are more my speed." He said with appreciation. He walked over and sat down with them. He introduced himself politely.

Kash marveled at Eve's efficiency of assigning jobs and positions. He grinned at the crown of twigs she'd made him and knelt down so she could place it atop his head. He got a noble expression on his face as he looked around to show it off from all angles.

Aurelius was having a blast running flat out in her Griffin form. She'd never done it before. She laughed happily as Degan ran at her side.

Degan had his wings tucked and his eyes alert, scanning the environment around them for dangers.

Shaylee smiled and tugged him over to sit with her on the beach so they could watch the sunrise together. She was glad they had found eachother.

Ian found her and watched her swimming in the river with her fish tail. "Oh my" He said, shifting to his human form and staring at her "Who are you and how did you get here?" He asked curiously

Skylar smiled and chatted with the mothers and guardians here. She was happy to see them happy and healthy here even if they were away from their men.

The calmer group welcomed Garth, chatting with him and showing him their storybooks that they read together or in a couple of cases, wrote.

Eve giggled and nodded, looking around as the other pups started playing their roles. She looked back to Kash again "See, playing castle is fun" She said happily

Danika ran for the shores, slowing to a stop on the beach and looking around. She went still when she saw a couple sitting on the sand nearby, remembering the people that had tried to catch her last time.
