Sorcha looked to the river then walked closer, looking into it. "There is something in there, but we may need a water sprite to get it for us."

Ember laughed softly at his rendition of the song, enjoying the serenade.

"An andaconda?" Rana asked though she was more curious about the mate comment. "That sounds like an interesting story. I would like to hear it sometime."

Anna nodded then smiled and shook her head a little. "I came over here to comfort you, how is it you are the one trying to comfort me?"

Lexi finished bathing, dried and put on the robe behind the door. She walked into the guest room and looked around curiously, as she noted the paintings and other things that made up Skylar's world. She was pictures of a pretty girl with Shane and Ian. She figured it must be Skylar. Lexi smiled sadly at how very different their lives were.

"Oh yes, thank you." Falkirk said as he continued to explain the rest. Even how their singing opened the portal and how he'd left his jacket at the spot it had delivered them.

Jackdaw threw back his head and laughed deeply. When he looked to Maxton again, he asked with humor, "You mean they still haven't forgotten what you did to Allah?!"

Maxton grumbled but said, "It was an accident! Why won't anyone believe that?!"

Cadeon finally finished the last note and smiled softly at Ember. "I know, don't quit my day job, right?" He asked shyly.

"Good, because it'll be fun telling it." Navar said with enthusiasm. He looked to the ding of the elevator as the reached the parking garage. " Saved by the ding." He said with a chuckle.

"Hahaha! There's been a few bumblers who thought they could best us, haven't there? Well, I suppose once this carcass runs out, we will need more meat. These little guys eat a lot, they grow pretty fast when first hatched. See their wings are already growing longer! It won't be but a few months before they fly." Slygotha watched the wyrmlings stir a bit.
(If you wanna hatch the last two, they probably have a day or maybe up to a week?)

Reaper laughed again, "Yes, there has been." He agreed. When he glanced to the carcass and stated, " There is a herd of cattle that has watered up river routinely. They'll make easy prey."

"Eldrvarya." She said and suddenly the leaf burned and turned into black dust and ashes.
"That's one of the more useful things I know. The butterfly one was pretty useless, to be honest." She said with humor. She looked to a bird and said, "Fethrblaka, eka weohnata néiat haina ono. Blaka eom let lam." in a gentle voice. The nearest bird, which was a small golden finch bathing in a puddle, flapped to Islanzadi's hand and settled on her thumb.
"Another rather useless spell, mainly just for pleasure unless you want to trick an animal into doing your bidding. And I can also erase memories, cause blindness or deafness, make certain things hover if they aren't too heavy, dull sharp objects, heal wounds to a limited degree, make plants grow, search through someone's memories, scry, and a few other things that include defense. Though all of these cost at least a small amount of my energy, since actually physically doing these things would cost energy."

If they are angry at you and you cannot resolve the issue then it would be best if you were not here." She said then sighed "Perhaps that is something to work on, on another day."

Cicero listened and watched as she demonstrated certain spells. When Islanzadi was finished, he replied, "There seems to be common elements to certain magic. For the royals have similar magic. But what you call useless, is still awe inspiring to those who have no talent for magic."

Islanzadi smiled and said, "You know, you could possibly learn Elven magic, if you'd like to. It just takes practice and patience. You'd have to get permission, of course, but that wouldn't be difficult."

Jackdaw shifted and howled in an attempt to call the water sprites.

Sandor sat in the van and waited for the group. He smiled and teased them when the reached the van. "Some people just can't stay in. Always out on the town. " He said widely.

Cadeon chuckled lightly as he got in the open side door. "What? You mean you're not happy to see us? Well, that hurts. " He replied jokingly.

Sandor snorted at that and looked to Rana and smiled kindly.

Navar grinned at that point and climbed in the far back seat, leaving shotgun to Rana if she wanted it.
