Jason barely moved out of the way of a car, snarling at the honking driver then returning to the trail. He was determined to find and rescue his sister.

"Sorry, Jason that one slipped by. How are you doing, is the trail still there?" Cadeon asked concerned.

Axel smiled and approved with a nod. "How much do you want for her?"

Diaval nodded and wiped his mouth. "This food is delicious." He commented.

What's the highest you'll pay?" He asked.

"Thank you!" Mariam said. She and Harold had finished their meals. Harold cleared the plates, but left Gold and Diaval's. "If you don't want to eat it all, just put the plate on the counter. We have chickens that'll eat it." Harold told them both.

Skye began to awake completely and began to walk with ease as they reached the door. The men herded them inside and down a hall.

 

Mark frowned at the strange place and the scents in this place. He did not like this at all, but he wouldn't leave her, not to these people

The guards tossed the two into a cell and locked a steal door behind them. Skye stood up and looked around. "This isn't good." She whispered in fear.

Autumn waited for them at the elevator door. She smiled. "Come on." She grabbed Sandor's arm and puked him into the elevator. Andy followed.

Sandor was a little shocked, he laughed a little bit. "My, so impatient. Who are you and where is the other Autumn? " He teased her.

Diaval ate most of the food but took a small piece of chicken and lovingly fed it to the cat.

"What?" She pretended to be offended. "Would you rather have the old Autumn who was quiet and obedient.

Zypher sat next to her and said softly, "What's the magic word?"

The guards ignored him, but Skye stared down. She was a human.
Axel waited outside the door, glancing at his watch.

The scientist finally arrived, leaving Claire in the car. He dragged Ember out.

Axel examined her in silence then looked up to the man.

Everyone sat down and started eating. "So, what kind of animals are you two?" Mariam asked. "I'm a bat." Gold replied.

"Me too." Diaval said before taking a bite of his food.

Mark held Skye to keep her from falling or being pushed around anymore. these men were making him mad.

Diaval nodded and sat down in a seat.
Astrid's eyes lit up. "How about we go camping? There's some lovely mountains not to far from here. Perhaps we could learn how to live like an animal." She winked at him thinking of all the wonderful things they could do in a desolate area, maybe the could even shift. She longed to live like she use to for a few weeks and have a little freedom from the human world.

Buchanan started back home, thinking about many things, mostly about how when day they might be a family. Could they ever be happy living together in the human world? He wondered, even if he wanted to think that they could have a perfect life.

Although Sonora understood much about the human world she hadn't used a latter before. Deciding not to use it she gripped the wall with her strong fingertips and swiftly climbed the wall with great ease. She shyly smiled when she pulled herself onto the roof.

Amar slept soundly until the break of day. She awoke and left the safety of the cave to go to a small stream. She eased into the water and swam around in the cool water. Swimming farther down the stream she walked on the bottom of the water with her head lifted above the surface if it became deep. After only a few short moments a sharp rock lodged itself into the bottom of her hoof. Nickering in shock at the sudden burst of pain she paddled to the land and began to pull herself up, but she struggled until she shifted and was able to bring her body out of the stream. She then sat in the grass and held her hand as blood dripped down into the dirt. Softly she began to cry, afraid to touch the hand-sized rock lodged into the palm of her hand thinking she might hurt it more if she broke a few bones.

"Fine!" One man snarled dragging him to Ben. Ben had just began to walk down the stairs with Skye hanging over his shoulder. "Bring him with us, if he truly wants to be with the girl then he can stay locked away with her. It doesn't matter to me." He left the building and threw Sky into the back of a black car.

( So, sorry it took so long. I was talking to family on phone, while I was typing. For me that's hard. )
Raine smiled and said, "That would be great! Oh, how I have missed my raven self. I look forward to our alone time together Astrid. Shall we go now, then? I can't wait. "

Carrow walked back to the city with Buchanan and their new responsibility. The poor little thing was sound asleep in Buchanan's arms. She smiled at the picture they made together. She could tell he was deep in thought, but she stay silent.

Keira glanced at Sonora and smiled. "Or that works!" She said as she climbed up on the roof. She then walked over to her tarp tent. She dropped her back pack as sat down with a sigh. "That was just about the coolest thing I have ever seen." She complimented Sonora.

Navar was exploring the area, when he caught the scent of fresh blood. He ran to track it's location, that's when he saw the girl with a stone embedded in her hand. He made a sound so he wouldn't scar her.

(It's ok, I'm just giving you a hard time )
Astrid began to say "No," thinking they would need supplies but then she remembered that they never needed anything before. Besides, they had eachother. "Yes, let's!"

Buchanan returned from a day dream. He looked down to see if the girl was alright. She stirred, and shifted into a girl in her sleep as he carried her into the city.

"Thank you," She replied shyly, slightly blushing. "Mountain lions can scale anything- mountians, canyons, trees..." She gazed out across the beautiful view.

Amar slowly turned to Navar, then sadly looked back at her hand. She tried to hide her hand by covering it with her other hand but blood oozed out. She quickly sniffed to catch a tear and tried to calm the painful urge to sob, but gurgled gasps escaped her throat.
