Mixie stared, "really? You're a shifter? I am a bird, a budgie." Mixie felt so great knowing that he was a shifter. She pondered for a moment, trying to figure out what he'd be. He obviously had a good sense of smell if he found her in a random library. "I don't know exactly but I think you're some kind of canine." Mixie guessed.

"I must confess, I knew I was not wrong. But your behavior now makes sense. I just thought it was me. But you thinking I was a human, really makes you calling me, even more remarkable. As far, as me being a canid, you would be correct. Now ask me what you really want to know. " He glanced at her and grinned, before looking back at the road again.

"Mark, I need to tell you something." She sighed again and closed her eyes. There was a lot that Mark needed to know about her, but it was hard for her to put them into words... Or share it with anyone but herself.

Axel threw her into a cold, dark, empty cell and slammed the door shut behind him.

"Yes, please." He said taking one last glance at the table to make sure it had thoroughly been cleaned.

"Awww, did the poor baby get angry?" She teased meanly in a baby talk voice.

"Mark, I need to tell you something." She sighed again and closed her eyes. There was a lot that Mark needed to know about her, but it was hard for her to put them into words... Or share it with anyone but herself.

Mark looked to her then went over and took her hand in his then led her to sit against the wall with him "Well, we have time" He said and smiled at her

"At least I'm not the monster the parents tell their kids about a night." He responded slyly.

"Thank you," He said to flash a rare smile.
"That's not true!" She said madly. Her voice quieted and with a sigh she said, "He adopted me when I was sixteen." She shook her head to show that she would never consider him her father.
"It was my idea! But everyone's got their eye on you," She said with a roll of her eyes. "You'll set the trend and no one will credit me for MY idea." She said, pretending to be mad. "Copy cat," She said under her breath.

Sonora took the sandwhich and water bottle gratefully. "Thank you," She said in delight as she took a bite, although she wouldn't admit to eat she barely ever ate and almost always went to sleep hungry.

Amar looked up at him quietly and at that moment she decided to trust him. "Alright." She replied quietly, try not to think about how painful the wound would be when cleaned out.

Raine laughed aloud, "I can't help that I do it better and with more flare. Birds are always great dancers. Hello, our courtship demands it. How about I say the skip was inspired by Astrid. Would that work? " He teased her lovingly.

Carrow quickly got what she needed and checked out. She then put the things in the truck of the car and got back in. "Let's go home." She said absently, as she headed back to the heart of the city.

Keira glanced over at Sonora and asked, "How long have you been in the city? You seem to know your way around. If you don't want to talk about it, I understand. " She stated quietly.

Navar very gently picked her up in his arms. She was so delicate, so he was very careful with her. He then made good time to his camp. He sat her down on a fallen tree trunk. He then went about getting the supplies he needed. He held his hand out for her injured one, and waited for her to give it to him.

"But it's my idea," She said, stomping her foot dramatically. She tried to keep a straight face but bursted out laughing.

"Yes," Buchanan agreed, he felt tired, and wanted to return home as much as Carrow did. But knew that first they would have to settle the fawn in.

"About six months," Sonora replied without hesitance. "Mountain lions travel alone, so when the forest was torn down I moved to the city and tried to make a life for myself..."

Amar sat quietly on the log and patiently waited for him. She looked at him scared as she gave him her hand. She trusted him with all her heart now, but she knew that even when he cleaned her hand to help her that it would hurt no matter what... And that made her stomach turn.

Anna smiled at the two "Nice to meet you too Nashton" She said then looked to Jason when he made a sound. 


"Shh, it's alright, we are here to rescue you" Jason said and reached his hand into the room and the shifter inside
Mark nodded and looked around this place "I believe you" He said quietly, then went to try the door

( Chicky Crazy and I have plans for Nashton, Luce and Axel. I'm not sure to what extent yet, but he planned on trapping him.)

Nashton walked a way ahead of the others. He smelled Luce. But the smell was very faint. He called softly, "Luce!"

Cadeon just watched Jason curiously. As he talked though the door.

Eventually Chilali came out then went to Anna when the dove saw the wolf girl. She looked to the males then around them distrustfully.

Jason looked to Nashton then continued checking doors in order. They would rescue everyone they could.

"Well then lets go on one of those." She scanned the different rides. "What's that big, circle, spinning one?"

Sandor chuckled nervously, "That's a ferris wheel. Do you want to try that one first? "He asked.

"Well, I've been a pet most of my life, but then flew out of my cage into the woods to explore and couldn't find my way back home, so I greatly trust humans, they were the ones who talked to me, fed me, and played music for me." She said.
"Why were you all alone in the corner when you were at the club?" Mixie really wanted to know this.

Zypher debated on how much to tell her. He finally admitted, "I am a bounty hunter and I was meeting a human client, of an associate. That was the place he chose for the meet and greet. Hence the dark corner. Very dark dealings happen in dark corners, Mixie. Even at eighties music playing clubs." He smiled at her nicely.

Zypher debated on how much to tell her. He finally admitted, "I am a bounty hunter and I was meeting a human client, of an associate. That was the place he chose for the meet and greet. "I've never heard of a bounty hunter, what's that?" She asked.
