Anna grinned and nodded, liking the nuzzling. She turned more fully to him and smiled "Yes, it does."

Ember walked with him, looking around at the penthouse apartment. All of this was interesting to her, more so since he was with her and she liked him.

Jason smiled as he listened to her and helped her finish the dishes. "Well, it's a good thing he did help you then. Not much different from the family we have created now" He said and glanced to the other room then looked to her again.

Angela's eyes widened and she shook her head, moving to touch his hand lightly "Please don't. I'm sorry" She couldn't hold that hostile gaze and lowered her eyes sadly

Zypher breathed in her scent. "I can't seem to help myself around you Anna. Everything about you, draws me to you." He whispered in her ear.

Luce dried her hands after she finished the dishes. She nodded agreement, " Yeah, you have a point. But we were kinda looked at as weird when we were in Moonhaven. Certain shifters can be clanish. But then the rules have changed, haven't they. We were just before our time." She said softly with a smile, as she leaned against the counter.

Cadeon came back to the living room and led Ember out to the balcony.

Markus watched Angela look at the ground. He released Arran with a shrug. "Know that this, the next time I find her breaking the rules, I'll replace her as your handler. Do you understand me?" He asked Angela calmly.

Nashton frowned as thought about that. "So you can subconsciously control it. We just need to figure out how you can do it consciously do it." He said at last.

"Okay." Taylor nodded,"Or maybe a curtain emotion doesn't trigger it. Or maybe being around curtain people triggers it. How do we figure out whats doing this?"

Angela let her shoulders droop then nodded "I understand" She said quietly. She didn't want Arran to disappear from her life.

"Okay." Taylor nodded,"Or maybe a curtain emotion doesn't trigger it. Or maybe being around curtain people triggers it. How do we figure out whats doing this?"

Nashton shrugged, "We'll just have to do trial and error. I guess. But we'll figure this out." He said nicely.

Luce smiled secretly at him. Because she took to heart, the possible double meaning to his words. She looked around nervously, not sure what to talk about next. She did want this moment to end, so she asked, "How did the rescue go? Did you save a lot of shifters, with the unicorns?" She looked up at Jason curiously.

Cadeon looked out over the city. "Yes, it is." He said as he looked over the balcony. "Wow, that's a long way down. Those cars looked like toys down there."

Markus stepped over to Angela and lifted her chin to look her in the eyes. "Better yet, let me try this. If I gave you the run of the place, would to help care for some of the captives? I can't have Arran do certain ones. Because of the language bearer. But you understand her and could translate for her. Like you did today, with Vorsicht and Avenir. You seem to be an individual of your word. But be warned, any slip ups and Arran pays the price, not you." He asked her sternly.

Taylor tried to feel as confident as he sounded. She just wasn't sure what to do. "So what are we going to work on first?" She asked, trying to mask her emotions.

Nashton grinned, "We have been working on it. All while we have been talking, you haven't shifted. That is an improvement, already." He said positively.
