Cole, desperate to break the silence, asked a stupid question. "So, what exactly are shifters?"

Jackie looked at Cole then shrugged a little "Shifters are animals that have been touched by an ages old spell that granted them the choice to take on human form. Most alive these days are the children of the original animals though the mythical ones do have a very few who were there at the start. This is something most humans are unaware of because of the danger such knowledge can bring but with the forest gone, the shifters and the normal animals have all fled and the spell is broken"

Graydon laughed to himself. Those workers were so easy to intimidate. He then curled up and took a nap.

Luis came back about 30 minutes later. He had multiple bags of vibrant colored fish and a bag of sand. He walked over to Graydon's pen, carrying the bag of sand and a bag of fish while a worker carried the rest. "I thought the pool would be in his pen by now, with water. Isn't that what I told you to do?" Luis asked, and the worker shrugged. "You've been pretty useless, haven't you? I hope you start doing what I say soon or else I'll have to fire you." He said, slightly annoyed but acting pretty calm. The worker put down the bags of fish. "Get me a bucket of warm water, since you didn't do it before." Luis said and the worker walked away.

Dawn looked over and rolled her eyes.

Navar was having a bad dream. He had slept good for a while, but woke with a start. Breathing heavily he looked around. Not seeing a threat he settled down. He shifted to his wild dog and went to sit beside Dawn.

Kristen saw his mopey face."You're looping quite happy today. Any reason?"

Taylor tríes to laugh with him, but She didn't think it was that funny. "Who's Cadeon?"

Orson sighed softly as he looked back at her. "I miss shifting. This human form is not my favorite. I'm awkward in this form. Please as Markus if I can have my collar off. I'll be good." He said, as he pleaded with his one blue and one green eyes. He hoped she believed that lie. Because when this collar came off, it was never going back on. NEVER! HE thought to himself.

Scarlett laid down her head and tried to get some rest. She didn't sleep much, because this place was uncomfortable. She'd sleep standing up if she could, but the top of her pen was too short.

Jackie laughed and shook her head then snapped her fingers, making a small flame appear then looking to him "Not real?"

Anna handed him the keys and smiled as she headed for the van.(or whatever she's going to drive, lol) She got in and buckled then glanced over to him again before starting it to follow him to the Uhaul lot.

Estelle finished and looked at the two girls again, cleaning her muzzle with her tongue. She settled on her belly again, watching the other two girls with curiosity. "You are human?" She asked, looking to Arran

Zypher went into the Uhaul office and settled up. He came out and got into the van. "That was easy. Okay, Saint Mary's is off of 4th street." He said as he buckled up.
