Axel grunted in pain, but recovered fast enough to try to figure out how he should respond. Grabbing her arm he pushed her onto the ground, and held her down with his weight. He took his taster out of his holster and tasered her. In the few moments while she was covering he had enough time to hand cuff her. "I have done nothing to Nashton!"

"People don't usually hike this high. The air is dangerously thin to them. But we should still be careful." He said, wisely.

Astrid giggled, and wrapping her arm around his waist pulled him closer.
"Yes," he replied calmly.

"What kind of 'tests' do you run on them?" Harold questioned.

June walked beside him.
Dival struggled, even though he figured it was pointless. But he was strong-willed and wouldn't give up easily.

"We take them inside, and put them in a cell. There's only one cell that has been prepared, so they will have to stay together." He sighed, pulling Gold out from the car.

Rodney continued to walk.

Luce glared at Alex. She hated him, but at least she had found out that Nashton had escaped. That is if she could believe him. She wanted to believe him. She slowly began to get her muscle moments back. However, she was still twitching uncontrollably.

Carrow sighed out in relief. "That is a pleasant thought. No humans, means we won't have to guard against our natural natures. What will it be like, to not have to behave like humans? I think, I may have forgotten. So if I act to human, please, correct me Buchanan." She said shyly.

Raine said after they cleared the crowd. "So I've been thinking, how much paperwork is involved in buying a penthouse? I have no documentation. Do you?" He asked her concerned.

Skye breathed in the fresh air, she could hardly wait to get to the city.

Mark looked to her again and took her hand to start walking to the city ahead.

Anna reached the city and paused, glancing back to the forest before sighing and going into an alley.

Angela walked the streets quietly, looking for Skye. She didn't know what had happened to her friend.

Jason headed back to the hotel, still looking for his sister or any of the other shifters.

Nashton was so exhausted. He had tried to keep up with the vehicle that had stolen his adopted sister. But all he could do was watch them speed away with Luce. He had cried helplessly, after that. What were they going to do with her. That nondescript, all black SUV, with the tinted windows, didn't even have license plates. He had no one to blame but himself. Why did he tell her to wait there. So he could scout out ahead. That was when he'd heard the tires squealing. By the time he'd made it to the corner of the alleyway. Luce was gone and that SUV was speeding away. He was roaming the streets, looking in vain. Because whoever they were, they were long gone and so was Luce.

*Ding* Andy stepped into the small bookstore at the corner of the street. Walking to the counter he said. "I'd like to speak to the manager." "I'm sorry is there something wrong with the service." "No the service is fine. I was just looking for a job, and seeing as how I like to read, i thought that this would be a good place." "The women at the desk smiled, "Follow me please."

Andy walked down the street, proud of himself for getting the first job that he applied for. Lost in his thought he came to an abrupt stop. He smelled something familiar. "Shifters," he whispered under his breath. He followed the smell to a rickety old fire escape attached to a nice apartment. "They should probably fix this." Despite the dangers, he followed the smell up six flights of the fire escape. 'Its a girl' he thought. 'Well at least I wont be fighting with her.' He sniffed again. 'And she smells good.' Looking through the window, Andy was shocked. "That. Is not. A girl." He tapped on the glass, hoping that the strange cleaning "lady" would let him in.

Calum dragged Gold towards the building and motioned for Harold to get Diaval. "Test to see what makes them able to change form. We're hoping to harness their powers for other uses. But right now we're just running experiments."

Harold didn't think it sounded TOO bad, it wasn't like giving a rat some potentially deadly medicine so he went to get Diaval, but he was alone so he wanted to do something.
"Look, I did not expect that place to be so bad, and since I'm alone I can talk to you, here's my number and my old phone, I got a new one a few days ago, so use this. If that place is actually really terrible, unlike what I thought, sneak under your bed and call me, if it's at night no one will hear you, alright? I swear, I thought they were mainly just keeping you in containment, but not in cells and doing tests on you like lab rats, plus their idea will most likely destroy this very earth, so be sure to call if it gets bad enough, okay?" He whispered to Diaval and took the duct tape off of his mouth so he could speak. No one was around so no one could hear Harold.

Shocked out of his brooding by a knock at the window. He looked over hoping to see Autumn. But his smile faded as he saw it was a man, instead. Very cautiously he walked over to the window. "What do you want?" He demanded.
