Zypher stepped out unto her path, from the conjoined side alleyway, that came out ahead of her. When she ran into him, he said, "Oh, I'm sorry Miss! You have to watch where your going. Are you alright?" He smiled deeply at her, his blue eyes alight with mischief.

Mixie was surprised. "I'm really sorry, sir. I should pay more attention-" She then noticed it was him. "W-well, I need to go. Sorry." Mixie quickly passed him, now a little scared.

She froze, did he actually know she was a bird? She walked as quickly as possible, almost jogging back to the hotel, she didn't want to go to any public place now, she was too scared.

Cadeon was getting himself geared up for the hunt. They were making good progress to the alleyway. Soon it was show time.

Nashton was eager to get moving. He was so worried about Luce. What were they doing to her. He couldn't think about it. It just mad him so angry.

Jason moved to hide behind a dumpster to shift then came out and shook his coat, casting about to gather the scents then setting off to follow them.

Jenna and Alex walked back to the City and passed the club Jenna looked in and said to Alex "Want to watch the singers?" Alex said "Sure!" Jenna and Alex walked in and sat in a table, listening to the music. Jenna said to Alex "This is like the good ole days... before..." Alex nodded and said "Yeah" and we looked back to watch the performances.

Mixie arrived home and sat down. Maybe it was just a coincidence? Plus it was the city, there's bound to be one weirdo, at least. She sat there and watched television for 30 minutes and then headed back out to the Library.

Jason slowed and casted about again where the men entered the car with the girls, then followed the scent of that car. He was glad they both smoked and ate a lot of fast food. This vehicle was also leaking something. He didn't know what, but that didn't matter since he had the scent now.

Zypher sat at the club and waited for Nix. Navar was going to hear about this. Maybe he'd send him Nix's head as a message, not to promise his corporation to a human. He looked at his watch one more time. He growled his frustration. He was about to leave again, when man of the hour, walked in. Zypher watched him coolly as he walked around clueless. When the human looked his way he jetted his chin out, in acknowledgement. Then Nix walked over and sat down. Zypher sat up and leaned forward on the small table. "I am not, Navar. You have no say with me. I talk, you listen or I walk. I do not care what your demands are. I work alone. Now that I see you, no way are you coming. You're too out of shape, you'd slow me down too much. This is not a mild hike you might like to try, it's a marathon triathlon. Nor is it a camping trip. Now leave, I'll call you when I have her." He glared at him with frigid blue eyes.

Nix swallowed hard and stumbled as he got up to leave. But recovered fast and hurried for the door.

Zypher smiled satisfied and got up to leave as well. He had a little bird to find.

Cadeon smiled brightly at Jason's tracking skills. He glanced back at Nashton and was glad he was keeping up. Cadeon also looked out for cars and humans, since Jason was so focused on tracking.
