Taylor sat down,"I'll save the spot, you ask your sister if she wants to sit with us." She sat with her legs across the edge of the blanket to save the seats.

Aaran blushed and put the shirt back on,"You're welcome." He muttered. Ice started growing around his ankles and he crushed it in annoyance.

"And flattery will get you everywhere with me. Just as you can rest assured, my rival will know my wrath." He said softly.

Nashton looked up and around. He didn't see Luce. "Ok, I'll be back. I have to find her." He said, as he went to look for her.

Jack finally started to come back to himself. He climbed out id the broken windshield and out and away from these strange shifters. Andrew started to follow, but offered Aaran help out.

"Lucky for the rival, there isn't a rival." She shuddered,"That would be something I wouldn't want to see."

Taylor smoothed out the blanket and waited for him to return.

Aaran accepted the help and stepped out. He rolled his shoulders and sighed,"I wondered if I'd get to see daylight again. I guess I get a last glance." He said eyeing the gun.

"Wow! They are real. They are both my favorites, but I always loved dragons more. I don't know why. Their just over size reptiles. But they fascinate me." Ericsson said. "I actually got to see a gold dragon in transit. She had a broken wing. " He added thoughtful.

Zypher's eyes just about bugged out of his head. "Now that's a handy trick. Everything looks delicious, thank you for your generosity." He said politely.

Cadeon had jumped back a bit, when everything just appeared. He glanced over at Ember, a little embarrassed about his reaction. He shrugged indifferently as he smiled happily at her.

Falkirk instantly felt bad. How could he have been so careless. "Princess Star, I'm so sorry to cause you hurt again. He then handed her one of the pouches. "This is for you and the others are for your friends. Avalon wanted to prevent future tragedies. So she sent me to collect them." He explained to her.

Arran smiled pleasantly and said, "That's me, skilled in silence." She giggled softly then added, "Oops, I guess I just broke it, saying that."

Graydon returned the gesture. He then slowly walked around the room and stopped at a plate glass window. He looked out with sad eyes.

Racine spoke a few choice words as the image in the gazing pool went dark. That witch was the brine of his existence right now.

"You saw a queen dragon?" Rosie asked, surprised "There's only one in existance at a time. That is very rare to see. I wonder how she broke her wing" She frowned then, worriedly

Anna smiled at Zypher then found a seat for them both "It looks wonderful Jackie, Thank you." She said and glanced tot he door as Jason came back in the house then came over to join them again.

Ember smiled and took Cadeon's arm lightly. "I love these cloths, They can pull up food like this many times before the magic has to be renewed." She said softly.

Star gently took the pouch from hhim and gave him a small, sad smile "No, you don't have to be sorry, I am just thinkingof them more since I came here. I'm not sure why. I don't remember all that much about them since I was so young then. Thank you for this" She said and put the pouch away so she would have it for later.

Angela laughed softly at her teasing. She was glad to have made a friend like Arran.

Kyra turned her head and looked out the window also, curious about where they were at.

Orson looked at Kristen and twirled softly. But then looked at his forearm and frowned intently. The gargoyle tattoo was looking up at him.

Nashton found Luce walking with Jason. "There you are. Did you guys want to sit with Taylor and me?" He asked.

Luce smiled and looked to Jason. She shrugged and said, "Sure." She followed him and sat down next to him.

Andrew nodded, "I know what you mean. I thought we were goners in there. That sun feels so good." He said.

Arran looked at Nektar and grinned. "If silence is golden, I'm now broke. Can I get a loan? " She asked.

"No, you can't. My currency is pudding. Not a long-term wealth, it's perishable." Nektar sighed dramatically.

"Where will you go, when you are released? " Graydon asked quietly. He would greatly miss her when she left.

Jackdaw slowly walked with Dawn. He had to consciously adjust his posture to reflect that of confidence and authority. Both things that were in short supply at the moment. He remained himself that they didn't need attention drawn to them, as they walked the hallways. He stole a glance at Dawn. He was surprised by her. She had changed in a matter of moments. Just the way she carried herself, was so different then before. It only drew him to her all the more. She had been a hidden alpha. He nervously glanced behind them and saw Absmi following silently. She had her eyes down, but she was obeying Dawn orders.

Aeval glanced back down and saw that they were back at the cave. She started her decent to land close by.

"No, he captured her as a youngster and raised her up. She has the run of the place and tries to help where she can." Degan explained.

Dawn opened the door to her room and waited for the two to get inside. She quietly shut the door and locked it. "First off, Absmi, why do you fear wolves? Back home, they are a problem, but not worth fearing."

Dust sighed deeply. He wanted to sleep and regain his full strength.

Zypher chuckled delighted with the levity. He helped himself to a verity of the offered foods. He grinned wickedly as he held up and offered a tasty morsel to Anna. He was curious if she'd take it.

Luce and Nashton laughed at Cadeon. "You always say the funniest things." Luce stated as she got her food.

Falkirk smiled pleasantly and bowed his head out of respect. He was intrigued by her and her closeness ment alot. He returned to finishing his work. He enjoyed her company and didn't want it to end. "How about we find them when we return to the castle. That is, if you'd like to, today." He said, as he faced Star. He paused as he looked deeply into her eyes.

Dawn opened the door to her room and waited for the two to get inside. She quietly shut the door and locked it. "First off, Absmi, why do you fear wolves? Back home, they are a problem, but not worth fearing."

Absmi look at Dawn wide-eyed. She then found her voice, "I told you before, that the taking of a fey's life, is met with very harsh punishments. Him and his pack were the ones, who not only killed a fey, but the beloved fey king. Avalon's father was ripped to shreds and parts of him were eaten. Avalon was so enraged by his brutal slaughter, that she ordered all fey wolves hunted down and killed. So it was decreed and so it was carried out. But here one stands. They are massive monsters, all covered in venomous thorns and a strange green glow from within. They've earned their reputations and our fear." She swallowed hard as she looked to Jackdaw.

Jackdaw stood in silence. He couldn't believe it had come to this again. He felt like he was on trial all over again. "Lady Dawn, this will not make sense to you, but I will try to explain anyway. Absmi, I couldn't have killed the old king, for that king, had me locked up in that tower for many years. Just like the night of his death. You see, Lady Dawn, I'd had a falling out with a then, young king Racine. The old king had me stripped of my title and position in Avalon's court. So I went from a well respected prince, to a vile, vengeful and a monstrous beast. After the old king was murdered. I was to be executed, for supposedly ordering my pack to do the deed. But It wasn't until the day of my execution, that I finally fought for my life. Can't you see, Lady Dawn? I was set up by a renounced king Racine. For the old king decreed that only Avalon would rule, because Racine had turned to the Unseelie magic. The very thing that caused our falling out." He said with anger. But then his sorrow won out. He looked up at her with a glazing of tears in his eyes. "The way they killed my pack and left their dismembered bodies." He shook his head. "It has taken everything within me, to not seek vengeance, on their behalf. Though it was long ago, it still feels like an open wound." He concluded quietly.

Aeval waited until Dust climbed off. She shifted and walked into the cave with the others.

"It took many months and lots of hard work from skilled mermaids." She told Keldwyn.

Larry simply watched him. Since he was an adult it seemed odd to help him up, since usually adults didn't really need help.
