Anna frowned a little and sat straighter, unconsciously preparing for a fight if it came to that again. 

Ember touched his arm lightly and gave him a small smile. She hadn't meant to sound jealous, but realized she had a little.

"You're right. Our imagination is probably better than the real thing anyway. " Ericsson said as he picked up the glass of water and took a sip, then returned it to the nightstand.

Zypher stayed silent. He felt for Taylor, but they had enough enemies at them, they didn't need to constantly watch their backs at home too. Taylor would have to understand what a danger Nisha was to them.

Cadeon looked over at Ember curiously, when she touched his arm. When she smiled, the returned it.

Kristen glared at her, letting her know how much "that human" wanted to slam her face into the wall.

"'That human' is very nearly his chosen mate, they just haven't decided to make it official yet."Aurora said and shook her head "It is not a matter of one over the other, but that Nisha attacked and they defended. Nisha is healed physically now" 

Sergio frowned slightly at how different Taylor was now. Had her kindness a moment ago, been a lie. She tensed up. Waiting for an attempt on her life. She looked to Orson unsure. He looked at her reassuringly. She settled down again. She didn't like how Taylor spoke about her adopted mother. She decided to reveal a secret. "When an Oilin twirls, it's a done deal. That is a mating call. Which makes her my mother now. That is why I protect her so." She explained simply.

Orson was shocked that she would reveal that. "Sergio!" He shouted loudly. But then, turned to look at Kristen to see her reaction to the revealed truth.

Kristen blushed a deep scarlet. He had been twirling to her for a while now and she hadn't thought twice about it. She just thought it was something cute he did. If Orson hadn't wanted her to know about it, she wouldn't make a big deal about it. Admittedly she wasn't unhappy about it.

Taylor blushed and looked at her feet. She didn't want to get caught in the crossfire.
