Alika looked at him curiously. If he liked maple leaves, he'd defiantly like cherries. She made the maple tree somehow turn into a cherry tree, and flowers bloomed and turned into cherries. She gave him two handfuls of cherries, wanting to be his friend and not enemy.

Aaran struggled to keep control. His friend was here. "Please, you don't know what you're doing." He felt pitiful and weak but his friend's life was in the balance.
