"They're probably waiting for us to come back. I think Fleur might've heard us talking so she went to tell the others that we were going to cook." Sirene explained as she made sure the tie was tight enough.

Aaran stuck his head through it and after a second relaxed because he didn't turn into a frog or something. Ice started spreading around him but surprisingly he was able to draw it back,"It works." He announced.

Racine smiled pleased and went to put his spell book up. "I'm relieved it's working. For I wasn't quite sure it would work. Because I essentially combined two spell and one. Now try to freeze that goblet over there, on purpose. Let's see what happens. You must learn to master your powers." He said with interest.

Aaran nodded and grabbed a bookshelf to steady himself. He didn't want to fall over. He concentrated and the goblet froze over in an instant. His grip on the bookcase tightened because he felt himself getting nervous. Even with his necklace he wasn't taking any chances. He stared at his feet as he tried to neutralize his emotions.

Danika startled, jumping to the side then pawing at the water to splash her again. She was enjoying this romp in the ocean, even though she was soaked now. It was fun to just play like this and not be alone like she had been.
