Jackdaw snapped his attention back to Dawn. "Just an old adversary. Perhaps I made a mistake coming here. But I just couldn't help myself." He explained.

Degan shifted and peeked under the bed. "I'm alright, you shocked me more the hurt me." He said to make her feel better.

Orson nodded and carried Jackie to her room and laid her in her bed. He then sat by her side and held her hand. "Thank you very much, Jackie. Just call on Sergio to help lend you strength." He said softly.

Kristen hurried into the room carrying a tray with a mug of tea and some sandwiches, and she set it down on the bedside table. "Is she okay?" She asked concerned.

Thorn walked with the group and opened the portal when the got to the right spot. He then glared at Aaran once again. He could tell the was plotting something.

Aaran stepped through the portal then glared back at Thorn,"Coming?"

"I don't know yet. That spell took a lot out of her." Orson said in concern. He looked over at Kristen and smiled sadly at her.

Kristen gave him a hug,"It's okay. It wasn't your fault." She smiled back,"Trust me, okay?"

Dawn looked down at the floor. "That's not what I was trying to imply..." she said softly.
