Kristen squeezed his hand. If Orson wanted to go fight Markus then she was up for it. She was disappointed that Orson felt he couldn't tell her how he felt about Sergio. "If you want to do this, let's do this." Kristen nodded at him.

"Is this another test?" He asked quietly,"Right now I need counsel not hidden intentions. My king deserves to know everything, but my debt to the Oilin must be repayed." He look at her curiously,"Is that still your advice? To lie to the king to protect another?"

Orson looked at Kristen and said, "I have to do this. I am needed to open the portal into Menagerie. I am the only fey that is here." He squeezed her hand reassuringly.

Elina smiled pleased with his responses. She said, "Absolutely not! You did great, Aaran. Racine had to know where your loyalties were. Especially with the Oilin getting away. So I suggested a simple test."

"Okay, creep." She grinned but her smile faded quickly when she thought of Nashton. She quickly walked over to him,"Let me go now, and I save a lot of trouble for both of us. If you let me go, you can go back to your daily creepy activities, but otherwise life is going to get a little crazy. Oh, and I'll consider not killing you when I escape. It's a once in a lifetime deal." She snarled,"Otherwise I kill you slowly and painfully."

"You're very optometrist. But it's good to stay positive. " Markus said dryly. As he turned to leave, he called over his shoulder. "Oh, and a word of caution, if either one of your forms touch the 10,000 volts wall. You'd best shift quickly, because what ever form you're in, it's dead." He stopped to look at Taylor. "Now if you'll excuse me, I have a Ghost to exercise. It's been a long time coming. "

Kristen leaned up to kiss him,"Okay. But if you get caught know that I will personally march in there kiss you, slap you in the face, and break you out of there. You have been warned." She smiled and squeezed his hand.

Aaran nodded. Was everything a test with her? He pushed that thought aside and smiled with a clear conscience. He knew he had answered truthfully,"Thank you Princess for a second chance. Both you and the Oilin gave me a second chance and I intend to use it a little more wisely. No more kidnapping girlfriends." He cracked a smile.

Aurora nodded and went in to take a seat to wait for Jason to get there. She glanced to Orson and Kristen then to her hands as she related what happened to prepare them as much as possible.

Anna tilted her head then shook it "I was captured before, but like last time they did not get my twin, so I know we will be rescued. Hope will not be lost."

Lyra glanced around at some small sound and noticed her "Morning, do you like meat?" 

Orson listened to Aurora intently. He looked off thinking about the captured. "I'm sorry, Aurora. I should have gone with you. I forgot we were in a war. That will never happen again. I vow it." He said with the utmost sincerity.

Bertram wondered if he could dear hope for rescue, as well. But he looked at Anna and nodded understanding. "I am glad you have such family. I hope they rescue you soon." He said quietly.

Calystia remained quiet. She couldn't believe how much he had changed.

Raymer continued to drive, still not sure where they were to go.

"Oh, okay." She said softly as she went up to the bars. "I'm going to numb it with a local, so you will be awake the whole time. " She got the syringe and held it up to show her.

Sandor went back to dishing up breakfast and set the skillet in the sink. "Breakfast is served.

"At least Orson got a handler. What do I get? You? I get the ugly guy nobody likes because he's creepy? Great. Just great." She wasn't going to tell him but he was actually kinda cute. She paused for a moment looking around the cube,"Where's the bed? Or the bathroom? Or the food? Or water?" She asked confused.

"You have a right to time with your chosen one, just as I have a right to time with my daughter. It is finding the balance that is hard" Aurora said kindly. She did not blame Orson for wanting to have time to woo his intended.

Kristen smiled sadly at him after he said he regretted the time he spent with her. Was she just getting in the way? Maybe he didn't want her. Maybe his job was too important and she wasn't. She struggled to keep smiling but she wanted to cry.
