Jackdaw went along with the joke. "Well, if you think there's time." He said as he made to walk back to the room.

Degan chuckled to himself at Zia. He was fine with being her bed. He watch after her while she slept.

Pandora fell to the ground at the absence of Justice's support. Fuming with rage and hatred, she looked around herself. That's when she saw the three dogs sniffing around Dust. She roared at then. It might have seemed strange for such an unearthly serpentine roar to come from such a small human form. But it had the desired effect. The dogs scattered. She then started dragged herself over to Dust. She was exhausted the time she got there. She could only stretch out on her back, next to his Warg form and look at the massive cage.

Dawn laughed. "Oh come on, dude. Let's just get going."

Zia snored softly.

Dust slowly began to wake. Everything was a blur and dully coloured.

Aaran blushed,"I was just passing by. I meant no harm. I would do nothing to harm the princess in any way, I swear." He backed out into the hallway. He didn't want the princess's honor to be wounded by this. He was just standing in the doorway.

Taylor gasped,"You wouldn't dare!"

Kristen looked at herself,"I'm so much taller! And don't have all that hair! I feel so weird right now." Kristen looked at her arms and gasped,"Am I...muscular?!? I could get used to this!"

Thorn turned, so that one shoulder rested on the door way, carefully of his wounded back. He sneered at Aaran and said, "You just come in the middle of the night and watch others sleep. Perhaps king Racine needs to teach his new hound to heel. Where's Enoch? I thought he was babysitting you. Did he tire of you already?" He chuckled cruelly.

"I sure would! You just watch me." Nashton said. He'd tried it, but as soon as he'd shifted to a skunk and then shifted back to human, it went back to two toned again.

Orson smiled mischievously. "Kristen, everything you say about my body, I'll know just how you see and think of me." He cautioned

"Why don't you choose your words more carefully?" Aaran snarled,"Because I'm going to make you eat every one of them. I'm a better person than you and you know it. You're jealous of me! I don't even know why, but you are! I'm sorry for whatever deranged reason you made up in your mind to be angry at me for."

"But I like it!" Taylor touched his hair where it was streaked with white,"It's cool!!! It'd be even cooler if you didn't try to hide it." She pointed out,"In modern day society it could easily pass off as something you did purposefully."

Kristen grinned mischievously,"I better stop then. There's no fun otherwise. You need a little mystery." Kristen touched his face and laughed,"Don't tell me what you think I look like." She teased,"I don't even know what you think I looked like this morning. I haven't changed my clothing in a couple days, or brushed my hair or anything!"

Aurora and Jackie moved back to the group, watching the two adjust to their new forms.

"I love you too" Anna said honestly then kissed him. She smiled at him and stayed cuddled against his side as they waited.


"I know" Estelle said and smiled again "I love her too and would never want anything bad to happen to her either." She said then reached over to touch his arm "You know, if you don't like your home as it is now, I'm sure mom would not mind you coming to live near us"

Kyra smiled and hugged him gratefully "I will teach you all I can" She said happily

Star smiled again and looked to him then nodded and looked to the darkened gardens again "I know you see me as that, and I am glad that you do. I am not sure what I would do without all of you here" She said softly

Rosie chuckled and shook her head lightly "Sorry" She said teasingly then looked up at him again. She loved that he could make her smile like this, even when she had felt bad earlier. 

Zypher grinned happily at Anna. "Best words I've heard in my life." He said with reverence.

Bertram smiled nicely at Estelle. "That is very generous of you, Estelle. But Anna spoke of her father and the other guardians moving shifters to a sanctuary. I need to find out if my family is alive and well first." He explained further.

Graydon brightened as she said that. " Then I will be a good student." He promised warmly.

Ender nodded slightly. "Your times of being all alone in the world, are over. Be we servants, royalty or commoner. We are all your family now." He replied honestly.

Ericsson shook his head and he ran his fingers along her ribs. He had to find her ticklish spot. "I see you think I'm bluffing. I shall have to prove I'm up to the challenge." He said with humor.

Bertram smiled nicely at Estelle. "That is very generous of you, Estelle. But Anna spoke of her father and the other guardians moving shifters to a sanctuary. I need to find out if my family is alive and well first." He explained further.

Graydon brightened as she said that. " Then I will be a good student." He promised warmly.

Ender nodded slightly. "Your times of being all alone in the world, are over. Be we servants, royalty or commoner. We are all your family now." He replied honestly.

Anna smiled and watched him "Oh? Than I shall have to repeat them often" She said teasingly

"Yes, you should, I mean after that" Estelle said, flushing a little at the misunderstanding. "It's only natural to want to check on your own family first."

Kyra chuckled and looked around "You already are, like with the pinecone." She said and went over to a pine tree "And to think, one 'leaf' from that cone is all it takes to grow a tree like this"

Star smiled and nodded "Yes, and I am glad of that. Being alone is good for a time, when you are grown, but to be alone for so long when you were just a child is hard and scary. I am glad I am here now"

Rosie giggled and squirmed playfully, though it didn't tickle much there, No, her ticklish spot was the backs of her knees and the bottom of her feet, though she was wearing tennis shoes and had her legs away from him at the moment.

Dawn laughed. "Oh come on, dude. Let's just get going."

Jackdaw smiled devilishly at her words. "This term you use, "Dude". It is mysterious and new. What does it mean?" He asked curiously.

Degan glanced to Aurelius. She was staying really close to him. That was very unusual for her. "Aurelius, what is the matter? You look lost." He asked her gently.

"I am lost for the fist time in my miserable life." Aurelius explained calmly.

Degan didn't know what to say to that. She saw the future, how could she be lost? "I'm sorry, I'm sure you'll find your way, give it time." He said to soothe her.

Pandora looked at Dust and waited silently for him to wake fully. She didn't want him to lash out at her in confused. She couldn't move away quick enough.

Thorn stood straight and started for Aaran, when Elina's words stopped him cold.

"If you touch him, I'll end you where you stand." She said in a dead calm voice.

Thorn looked into the room to find her standing a few feet away. He growled loudly and turned on his heel to go back to his own room. "This conversation isn't over, frostbite. Not by a long shot." He called back to Aaran.

Nashton looked to Taylor and asked "Really? I don't have to hide it?"

Orson grinned and said, "Oh, but that's just how I like you. All naturally you. No pretenses, no added chemicals, just your own sweet perfume." He trailed off as he smelled her shirt collar.

Star smiled and nodded "Yes, and I am glad of that. Being alone is good for a time, when you are grown, but to be alone for so long when you were just a child is hard and scary. I am glad I am here now"

"That I could live with. If I start and end my day with those sweet words, then I know I've done something incredibly right." He said in all honesty.

Bertram lightly touched her hand to get her attention. " Estelle, I took no offense. No need to be flustered. I've only have mother and two sisters to find. That shouldn't take too long. Especially since they require water, it limits where they can be." He explained conventionally.

Graydon was proud that she was pleased with his learning abilities. "Then I must commend the teacher. For you teach me without it feeling like a lesson." He said as he walked over to the tree of discussion. "I can't help but to look at such trees with a wonderment of the odds that had to be in that trees favor." He replied softly.

Ender bowed his head out of respect for the amazing young Princess Star was. "You are a true asset to have as royalty." He replied, but trailed off as he heard the door. That fast he had his sword drawn.

"Stand down, Ender. It is I, Falkirk." He said with authority. He then stepped out onto the balcony with them. "I have news of your attacker. He has been identified, but not found." He said with remorse.

Ericsson frowned a little. That wasn't a genuine tickle spot. So he tried her the nape of her neck. Hoping for the response he wanted. "I'll find your true spot, you just wait." He promised warmly.

Zia woke up at vibration of his chest as he spoke. She opened one eye half way and stared at them in a tired daze. She closed it again when nothing important seemed to be going on.

Dust let out a low growl and kept it going until his sight cleared a bit more. After then he quieted and lifted his head for a second before letting it fall back against the earth. His chest rose and fell with a sigh.

Kristen blushed then smiled mischievously and looped an arm around his waist. "I want to give my body one last goodbye in case this doesn't work out." She hugged him tightly,"Oh and goodbye to you too." She teased when she stepped back.

Pandora smiled as she felt her sisters start to wake. "About time you two wake from your beauty sleep." She complained softly.
