Bellatrix held her sword and stood straight, "Go!" She said and swung her sword. She was going faster this time and being more complex, trying to test Danika's limits.

Danika was surprised at the speed they started out at and bit at her lip as she tried to keep up and block each hit. She had to step back to avoid the sword a few times, but did fairly well at blocking this morning.

Bellatrix went faster, spinning and striking, her expression fierce but not evil. She wanted Danika to strike, she wasn't going to stop until then, because a sword fight wouldn't stop until one was wounded or dead.

She miserably wandered back into the house hoping there might be something in the fridge when she saw the fluffy baby phoenix,"Jeffrey!!" She ran over and scooped him up in her arms,"Leave the poor men alone!"

The wolves looked to her then went to get the two sleepers. "Thanks, ma'am, he wouldn't let us close" One said and smiled at her then they headed for the protal since Ember still needed to be checked for a tracking device.

Nisha snuggled him,"At least you didn't ditch me. Taylor and Nashton are out there being weird." Nisha grumbled,"I don't like him anymore. He needs to leave Taylor alone."

Danika was starting to get the hang of this even as Bellatrix moved faster. She finally dared to strike out when she saw an opportunity, or what she thought was one.

Jackdaw was quite for a long moment, as he thought of a way to explain it in terms that Dawn, being non-fey would understand. He looked down into her beautiful Pyrenees eyes and said, "When a fey find themselves without worldly possessions. In a moment of great gratitude and resounding respect. They offer the only thing that they truly own, in reward for such a great sacrifice. That thing is their very life. In doing so it's called a life debt and is sworn with a blood oath. That is what I did, Dawn. Now, when one is offered and is subsequently rejected. It is disgraceful and dishonorable. For the recipient has found the individual unworthy and wanting in someway. I know you did not understand. But the rejection still stings my honor and pride."

Aeval nudged her sisters awake. They looked around confused but she thought at them to fill them in. Pandora and Ena looked at Dust with elation. "Then let's go find this place, shall we? " they all said in unison to Dust.

Dawn whimpered and pressed her nose against his hand. She licked it gently and stayed there for a moment before taking a step back and shifting. "We must find a way to compromise. For my breed is meant to protect who we love and for me to purposely hurt a member of my flock would be going against everything that I am." She said softly.

Danika's sword hit Bellatrix's arm. Bellatrix didn't drop her sword or anything but she stopped anyway. She beamed at Danika, "Great job." She said gladly. "It might not completely stop a sword fight, but the fact that you were able to strike at me and hit me is an improvement." Bellatrix told Danika. "Let's do it one more time, then we'll move on." She said and stood, getting a tight grip on her sword.

Danika wiped her hands on her clothes then fixed her grip on the sword. This was difficult for her, but she was doing her best and was proud of what she had already accomplished. "Ready" She said softly, preparing to go again

Danika wiped her hands on her clothes then fixed her grip on the sword. This was difficult for her, but she was doing her best and was proud of what she had already accomplished. "Ready" She said softly, preparing to go again

Bellatrix quickly went for Danika's side with her sword, in a stance to make it easy to dodge Danika's sword if she tried to strike.
