"I think this city will be fun. It'll be different, but I'm excited to see how it was built, and all of the creatures that live there." She said happily.

"Well, it's some odd creature that was caught. It's like a unicorn, but it has a large antler for a horn. That's pretty much all I know about it." Larry tried to explain.

"I am excited as well. I haven't meet many aquatic life. We usually stay off to ourselves. " Keldwyn said honestly.

Sabra frowned, " How tragic, one of Markus's failed experiments I suppose. " She said bitterness evident in her voice.

Dawn nodded ."Cool. Can we check it out?"

Zia kept her eyes on the flames, waiting for them to show up. She glanced at Degan and gave him a small nod before focusing back on the flame.

"I can't say that I know. I inherited it from my grandfather when he passed away when I was young. I forgot I owned it until recently." Dust said as if it were the truth.

Bata unit high tailed it out of there. They were ordered to a different location. Which was a good thing, if they had preceded in the cave, they would all be dead now. They were close to the vehicle now.

Pyro shifted to his human form and looked down at the charred remains of a single skeleton. He frowned to himself and turned to go back inside. " The human is dead." He called out.

Aeval was thankful for Dust's quick thinking.

John nodded as he got out his jewel monocle. He made a soft sound and looked up to Dust. "Your grandfather left you quite a prize. The size and clarity of the diamond is remarkable, but the fossil that it's on, is unlike any I've ever seen. I dare say that the fossil could be worth more then the diamond in the right hands. What were you looking to get for it? Mr...."

(I didn't want Falkirk to be like a creepy stocker.

Graydon chuckled softly and finally released Kyra. He smiled shyly at her and moved to look out the door. "Perhaps I should go practice flying some more. " He stated with a sense of purpose.

Anderson walked to Markus quarters with the tablet with the latest developments. He knocked on this door. He heard a soft, "Come in." And opened the door and did as instructed. "Sir, there has been a development. Two of the dead trackers have come back on line."

Markus looked up from his desk intrigued. "Which ones?" He asked.

Anderson looked at the tablet to get accurate information, "Ah, the alpha wolf and the Ghost hyena." He relayed the findings.

Markus grinned at the news, but was a bit suspicious of the coincidence. He motioned to look at the data himself. Anderson handed it to him. He frowned at the path and periods of blocked signal of one. "Is this a malfunction on our part or the use if a jammer?" He asked.

Anderson stared at the tablet, unsure how to answer. At Markus's impatience, he answered, "That information has not been confirmed, sir."

Markus was quiet for a moment, then nodded. "Best take caution. I do not want another incidents like the roof. Any units in that vicinity? " He asked.

Anderson leaned over and typed into the active patrol units. "Two, sir." He reported.

Markus nodded and handed the tablet back to him. " Have them meet up two clicks out. I'm going to stack the deck in our favor. Tell Chavez he's to take, Omen, Wrath, Phury and Chaos. Split them among the units. " he commanded.

"Sir, yes, sir!" Anderson said as he left to follow orders.

Orson smiled at her and moved to hand a pendant to Kristen. He stepped close to put it around her neck and kissed the side of her throat affectionately. She giggled and swatted at him. He grinned and stepped back. He winked at her with mischief in his eyes. He then returned to the table for one of his own.

Nektar looked to Angela. Then asked, "Are there any doves here? We are looking for her dole."

Kyra nodded and followed him out to watch him practice, though she didn't want to have him be nervous, so she went to pick flowers while he did his practicing.

Anna, Jason, Don and the wolves were all in their places, waiting for them to take the bait. They were hoping that the non-transmitting would be considered a glitch in either their system or in the jammers.

Ember took her pendant and put it on, looking at the tigers eye then to Cadeon and smiling at him.

Jackie put hers on then turned to give Garth his pendant. "This will keep them from sending any other harmful spells to you" She told him and smiled softly.

The wolf looked to Angela then dipped her head a little "I am sorry, but we have not seen any dove shifters yet." She told them sorrowfully. "I can let the pack know to keep their eyes open for them though."

It was fairly effortless. He eexperimented with wing placement and what not to do. His confidence was growing by the moment. He smiled down at Kyra and swatted his paw in a lion's version of a wave.

Far off in the distance, Zypher saw movement. A vehicle, no scratch that, two vehicles seeming to rendezvous. They stopped as if waiting for someone. Zypher fished out his phone and call Jason to relay the information.

Cadeon grinned and said teasingly, "Tiger, lynx same difference. "

Garth eagerly took the pendant and hugged Jackie. "You take such good care of me. Thank you." He said with happiness.

Sergio smiled proudly at the two, as she took the pendant closest to her on the table.

Bertram came in from outside to get get a drink. He stopped in the doorway. "Did I miss something? " He asked quietly.

Nektar closed his eyes in sadness for Angela. But he regrouped himself and looked to the female wolf and said, "Yes, put the word out. But we'll be leaving once we rest up. We must look for them in the city."

Zia relaxed, putting her sword away and looked at Degan. "We should hunt them like they hunt us." She said darkly, "I would rather those bones be Markus."

"My name is Jacob. And I don't know how much we were looking for exactly. As much as we could get preferably, debt and all." Dust replied, mimicking humans he had seen the first time he came to the city.

Bellatrix nodded, "It's rather easy to make, but I don't make it too often. I don't want to make a thing of stealing often, it becomes unhealthy for your soul after a while." She said. "Or so sirins believe."

Jackie returned the hug then looked to Bertram when he came in and pulled away to grab the last pendant "Yes, Marcus attacked with a death spell, these will nullify any spell aimed at you" She said, going over to give it to him. "After all, he only needs your blood to direct such a spell"

She nodded and turned "I will take you to where you can rest and get the word out to search" She said, leading them to a cave they would be able to use for the night "Meat eater or vegetarian?" She asked, pausing at the entrance

Danika nodded and bit her lip in thought a moment "Have you tried leaving something as payment? Then it's not stealing, but buying" She said and looked to Bellatrix again curiously "They seem to like shiny things, from what we saw in the city"

"Well, it won't hurt to get to know a lot of people. Not spend every second with them, just meet them. Though besides my family, I do like keeping to myself most of the time." Sirène admitted.

Larry sighed, "I don't really know if it is. I mean, who knows what's in the woods. Markus has already found tons of strange creatures, so why not some weird type of unicorn." He said.
Larry looked at the pyramid picture, "So, Egyptians used to believe that your kind protected the tombs of Pharaohs from being robbed. Is that actually true?" He asked curiously, wanting to change the negative subject.

Degan looked to Zia and waited for her reply.

John thought a moment and offered his low ball figure, "I'll give you a check for 50, 000.00, would that make a dent in your debts, Mr. Jacob?"

Aeval didn't like this thing called a check. She wanted money. But she trusted Dust to handle this.
