"Thank you" Star said happily then went over to look in a mirror to make sure she looked alright still.

Kyra waved up at him, glad he was getting used to flying like he was. It was quite the achievement to do so. After a while she got distracted and went after a buck for their meal

Jason answered the phone promptly. When he heard what Zypher was seeing, he sent the message on, for everyone to get ready.

Ember chuckled and shook her head "It's from you,, so that is what truly matters" She said gently

Jackie returned the hug then looked to Bertram when he came in and pulled away to grab the last pendant "Yes, Marcus attacked with a death spell, these will nullify any spell aimed at you" She said, going over to give it to him. "After all, he only needs your blood to direct such a spell"

She nodded and turned "I will take you to where you can rest and get the word out to search" She said, leading them to a cave they would be able to use for the night "Meat eater or vegetarian?" She asked, pausing at the entrance

Falkirk hurried to Princess Star's room. When he got there, he knocked on the door.

Qdoba smiled at Star through the mirror. She was finishing up pinning her hair into place, when a knock sounded on the door.

Ender stepped forward to answer the door. "Good evening, Falkirk. " He said, as he stepped back out of the way. "Princess Star is just getting ready, she'll be out in a moment.

"Good evening, thanks for the reminder. I got inspired and lost track of time. " Falkirk said quietly.

The Sylph brothers chuckled, they knew how he was at times.

Graydon looked and Kyra was gone. He looked around for her, but couldn't find any signs of her. She glided over the trees to look for her.

Zypher felt an uneasy feeling when he saw the cargo helicopter slowly making it'sway to the units rendezvous point. He relayed to Jason, " We have a big bogie, cargo unknown. I'll keep you posted."
(I'll post independent with the specks on the adversaries. As they unloading them. )

Cadeon smiled happily at Ember and said, "That's very sweet of you to say. Thank you for being so wonderful."

Bertram was shocked by this news. But he tipped his head forward so she could slip it on him. Kelpies couldn't actually put anything on around their head or neck themselves. It was reminiscent of their bridles. "If you'll do the honors, Jackie. " He whispered softly.

Nektar looked around the cave and looked to the she wolf at her question. " Fruits and nuts would be wonderful, thank you for your hospitality. "

"Well, it won't hurt to get to know a lot of people. Not spend every second with them, just meet them. Though besides my family, I do like keeping to myself most of the time." Sirène admitted.

Larry sighed, "I don't really know if it is. I mean, who knows what's in the woods. Markus has already found tons of strange creatures, so why not some weird type of unicorn." He said.
Larry looked at the pyramid picture, "So, Egyptians used to believe that your kind protected the tombs of Pharaohs from being robbed. Is that actually true?" He asked curiously, wanting to change the negative subject.

"But that's the way of my people. We are secretive, i told you that we we first met, remember? " Keldwyn asked, feeling a little judged by her words.

"I believe it was said that a Sphinx once gave her loyalties to a Pharoah. Which lasted into the after life. That is her likeness guarding those pyramids. The rest is history, I suppose. " Sabra explained what she knew to be true.

(Meet the mutts:
Omen

Part Griffin and Phoenix. Quarter wolf.
Abilities:
Sees short distances into the future. Can spontaneously combust upon will.
Chaos

A clever mix of Balaur dragon and Cerberus. Giving way to a six headed dragon hybrid.
Abilities:
Each head having an individual ability of either shooting, fire, venom mist, flammable gas, blinding vapor, acid and a paralyzing saliva.

Phury

Part Minotaur, part hound of Hades.
Abilities:
Fire is his source of power. Ashes, food for his ravenous appetite.

Wrath

Half goblin, quarter troll. Quarter something else.
Abilities:
Shoots venomous quills and can cause cerebral hemorrhages, by direct thoughts.

Chavez carefully brought the heavy helicopter around for a landing in the clearing. He'd had a rough start. Two of the mutts went ballistic when he'd fired up the engines. Cattle prods and cages. Helped to put things back in order. He was glad to drop them off and get out of Dodge. He opened the back cargo bay for the handlers to unload the cargo. He looked out the cockpit and watched silently as they were lead out and unchained. They were all in their human forms, thank goodness. They looked like a horror show when they shifted. He got the all clear over the radio. With all supplies and mutts unloaded, he was eager to start this bird and head back to the base.

Omega unit stared as they unchained the mutts. They had that cold heartless stare. Their handlers were the only ones that had absolute control over them. The rest of them, they humored. The sound of the chains falling away, was chilling to say the lest. As soon as Chaos was released, he shifted to his multiple headed dragon. Allen backed away subconsciously. But the vehicle stopped his small progress to flee the sight. Which was good a good thing, since one of the six heads focused on him. A strong word from the handler, got his attention to focus away from Allen.

Bata's team leader called out, "Let's get this circus on the road! We're burning daylight! Move, it! Move, it!"

Falkirk hurried to Princess Star's room. When he got there, he knocked on the door.

Jason listened and relayed the information, using another phone to call for Aurora through the wolves with her and the girls and having another wolf let Jackie and Don know what was going on now. Things were about to get interesting.

Ember flushed and hid her face against his shoulder."It is pretty, and I know it means a lot to you, since it came from your mother.Thak you for letting me wear it"

Jackie smiled at him and gently placed the stone around his neck. "There, now you will be safe from fey spells" She said happily

She nodded and spoke into her phone. Soon another wolf came over with a basket for the two before the wolves let them be for the night.

"Thank you" Angela said before they left then settled in with Nektar to eat from the basket.

Danika nodded and bit her lip in thought a moment "Have you tried leaving something as payment? Then it's not stealing, but buying" She said and looked to Bellatrix again curiously "They seem to like shiny things, from what we saw in the city"

"Hm, that might work. Though something else might find it first, the field are rather large. But I should try that sometime." Bellatrix said.

Danika smiled, glad she had thought about that and that it wasn't such a bad idea. "If we had some seeds, we could just grow our own, then you wouldn't have to worry about stealing or buying or anything"

Graydon was astonished by the size of the buck. He carefully descended to the ground, but still landed with difficulty. But at least he didn't use his face as a point of impact. "Wow! You are a mistress of the hunt. You are amazing!" He said with awe.

Bata unit took Chaos and Omen to go after the ghost. It was good they had the Humvee. Once he shifted back to his human form, Chaos was a massive male. Omen, not so much. Omen looked around wide-eyed and whispered softly, "Spiders, lots and lots of spiders."

While omega unit took Wrath and Phury to head to the ridge that was just up ahead. The shifters as handlers were in a separate vehicle following the SUV.

"Here they come Jason. Two vehicles, headed this way, one headed out in a different direction. I suspect to Don't direction." Zypher relayed, so everyone could get ready.

"Nonsense, I'm not letting you wear anything. Ember, you're worthy of the finest gems. Yet you humble me, by your gentle graciousness of receiving such a simple sentimental token of my family. I am beyond words, as to how much you mean to me." Cadeon said as he wrapped her in his loving embrace.

Bertram straightened and looked deeply into Jackie's eyes. "Thank you, Jackie." He then stepped forward and softly kissed her cheek with a feathering of his lips.

Nektar smiled pleasantly at Angela. "What a bountiful feast." He said as he took out an apple and bit into it. It's crisp flesh were no match for his sharp teeth.
