Star smiled and twirled back to him. That had to be her new favorite sound, his twirling to her.

"Well, the exit from the river is that way, so...this way" Kyra replied and pointed one way, heading to see what they could find.

"If that happens, then we will simply have to ask a friend for a cureall." Jason stated and turned away. "Get him out of here, full precautions. " He told the wolf guard then looked at Omen then to Orson,"Orson, I need your help, can you take Omen and Jaxon to Jackie's? Ember can help cure both of them with her tears."

Aurora stood and went over to Aden, reaching to touch his temple again. "You will forget that you told us anything of value today and you will forget everything Jason has said ." She then nodded to the wolves who were to take him away before looking at Jason "Just in case." She said nonchalantly then returned to her seat. She was protecting her girls like this.

Skylar nodded then smiled a little. "We do have better resources than any human, we have mythicals on our side."

Kristen smiled at his playful accent and got up. "I am hungry, and that does sound good. " She said , though part of her felt missing with Orson gone so far away.

"Unlikely " Don said then chuckled. "I would like to see you try, or rather your face when you fail time after time. "

Anna didn't feel all that strong at the moment, leaning into his embrace and drawing comfort from him. She didn't feel strong, but she did feel angry, stubborn and vindictive. They would find a way, even if it took all they had.

Rosie went to his bedside and touched his arm as if trying to stop him from rising "Just don't push yourself too hard. I do not want to have ro nurse you back to health again

Falkirk sighed contentedly as she responded to him. "Shall we explore the cave some more or do you want to fly?" He asked curiously.

Graydon grinned and said, "Cool, that's a good choice." As he followed by her side. Looking around for possible options.

Orson nodded agreement. "Yes, absolutely. I'm sure I could easily carry both on my back or i could chance a portal. That would be faster." He said honestly.

Omen shook his head, as he leaned into Jason to explain, "You might not have heard. But my Phoenix nature has killed the virus within me. It was incinerated with my rebirth." He looked to Orson and continued, "So you need only worry about Chaos and Jaxon. I would offer my tears, but sadly mine do not work. As you know, I'm not a purebred. I'm sorry Jason." He apologized for his shortcomings.

Aden blinked at the strange female as she withdrew her hand. Confused as to what had just transpired. He was then lead away by the wolf guard. "Wait, did I miss something? I just got here and now we are leaving? Why?" He asked confused.

Jaxon frowned at what Skylar had said. "But why would your mythicals friends help Markus's mutts?" He asked amazed by this.

Cadeon chuckled lightly as he turned to head down the hallway. Happy that she was hungry. "Well I can assure you, it smells just as good as it sounds." He replied happily.

Markus didn't reply to Don's little barb. He instead went back to searching for more information on the elusive creature. It just made him want it all the more. The rarer the better.

Zypher smelled her emotions like some smelled the changes in weather. That was how he was so intuitive at times. He found himself nuzzling Anna's neck and licked her gently there. He was surprised by his own actions. For he'd never crossed his hyena's behavior over to his human form before. His base animal was trying to reassure and calm his alpha female. Giving Anna an object to lash out at, if she needed to vent her anger. It was the hyena way, for males were scapegoats for females aggression.

Ericsson flushed a bit, but nodded in understanding. "I guess I'm putting the cart before the horse. You're right, Rosie. I guess I needed the reminder." He conceded politely. He looked up at her and smiled softly. Rosie was such a wonderful woman.

Jason looked to him again then dipped his head a bit, "Oh, yes, you said that before. I apologize. " He said then glanced to Aden "You are not needed now." He said to calm the male so the wolves could take him to the vehicle again. He then looked to Orson again "Time is not on our side with them, the portal is likely the safest way to get them cured."

"Because that is what friends do, when they can." Skylar said and smiled. "Pretty much every mythical and every shifter is against Marcus now. His threat is to everyone."

"And tastes better than it smell?" She asked with a chuckle as she followed him out and to the kitchen where she greeted Ember and Bob.

"Notice how the information is contradictory? " Don asked after a long while. He rested against the wall, watching him play around with the computer.

Anna looked at him then nuzzled him, lightly kissing his jaw. " I need the anger for him. If i let go of it, then I will only have sadness. " She said softly, but was glad he wanted to make her feel better.

Rosie smiled and shrugged. "We all need reminders sometimes. I just don't want you hurt." She said softly.

Graydon watched her closely to observe her techniques. He then shifted and followed along, but running on the other side searching for available dens. He was surprised by all the different scents. "This is so fun! I'm learning so much." He replied happily.

Aden sneered at Jason, but settled down so the wolves could lead him away.

"That is very fortunate to have such friendships with great loyalties and even more magical power. I will take their help, if you want me to Skylar." Jaxon said quietly as he looked over at Skylar and smiled shyly.

Cadeon called in the Bertram and Garth to eat. As they headed for the table, Cadeon went to get the rest of the dishes to bring to the table. He looked to Ember with merriment in his eyes.

Markus looked up over the screen and agreed, "Yes, it quite muddled together. But I've noticed there is a theme to the tails. Have you ever actually met one? Surely the guardians had an opportunity to met just one." He studied Don closely for deception.

Zypher stepped back a bit to look Anna in the eyes. "Strangely enough, I understand that logic. Shall your anger sustain you until we extract vengeance for all he has done to all shifter kind." He said as he gently cupped her face and kissed her tenderly.

Kyra yipped to get his attention, waving her tails happily when she found a small cave opening in the Earth. Once she was sure she had his attention, she went down to check out the inside.

"Jaxon is with Skylar." Jason said and glanced around for them and for wrath, since he had asked for all of them to be brought to this house.

"The wolfess took one of them out to the back, they did not seem to like the crowd," Aurora said from where she was with the girls.

Skylar nodded "I want want you to be healthy and have a chance to enjoy your freedom. " Ember returned his smile happily. She was glad to have so many friends now.

"I have" Don said and nodded then shrugged. " Not my favorite, but not one I would betray either." He said and watched Marcus.

Anna smiled and returned the kiss . "We will get that vengeance. " She said promisingly.

Rosie chuckled and nodded " Yeah, I have as well, though my execution of that is different. " she said and squeezed his arm "You want to try that picnic? "

Falkirk nodded and headed for the tunnel that lead to the deeper part of the cave. He admired her willingness to explore the unexpected and do so eagerly. They were both of similar minds in that aspect. "To undisturbed describe mysteries. " He said playfully.

Graydon paused at the soft sound. He turned to see Kyra and smiled. He changed course and headed over to her. He examined the entrance, before looking around and followed her inside. (I'm assuming it's big enough. )

Orson looked to where Aurora indicated. "Thank you, it's best to make a portal outside anyways." He replied as he held out his hand in farewell to Jason. "Be safe my friend. Until we meet up again."

Jaxon looked to Skylar and smiled softly. "I like this feeling you have cultivated within me. It makes me....happy? Is that the word I'm searching for. Where all the hardships and fear are eclipsed by an all encompassing comfort of friendship and oneness."

Chaos looked out of the vans side window and watched the wolves activities curiously. He wasn't upset anymore, for the spiders hadn't hurt his handler. Well especially after he showed them he wasn't going to allow it. He was much happier when the wolves broke into the negotiations. They had received a call stating the Intel on a secret virus with in Gen-2. One that could turn him into a mindless brute to spread the infection. After that the spiders didn't want anything to do with him. Saying something about too many young at risk to chance it. Good thing to, he disliked and didn't trust them at all.

Markus shook his head and returned his gaze to the computer screen. "Interesting. Are they two natured?" He inquired absently.

Zypher looked to the screen and grinned, devising a new plan. "If we cat cut off supplies, then how about we put eyes and ears on them. Bugs do come in variety of small sizes these days. Maybe we can eventually make contact with a captive. Get some more information about where they are keeping your father. If Xavier is a captive there now, he could be quite useful. But first, we have to get a signal booster on that mountain. That way we can penetrate the Earth to that depth. We'll need a small shifter to take it into that tunnel. I'm thinking Nashton. " He speculated his reasonings.

Falkirk grinned widely as they walked through the tunnel. "Here's a thought, what if we find a portal to another world. How exciting would that be? " He asked dramatically. He knew that was very unlikely, but fun to imagine none the less.

Spyro followed along silently. He was still in this head a bit. He couldn't believe the Racine and company was back in Anstopfia and he wasn't trying to kill them all. He was surprised by how much he'd changed or appeared to have changed.

Keira sat on the couch next to Degan and Pyro. She was glad that they were outsiders too. She looked to Jason as he said goodbye to his friend.

Jaxon looked to the stranger with trepidation. He tensed as Orson walked over. He studied the male for weakness for when he attacked, he'd exploit them.

Orson smelled his unease and cautiously stayed a safe distance. "Hello, I'm Orson. An Oilin from the fey realm. Jason has called me here to offer you help. I have no malice in my intentions. I am to take you to a mythical that can assist you before it's too late." He said diplomatically.

Jaxon looked to Skylar to see what she wanted him to do and see if he should trust this new individual.

Chaos growled as they separated him from his handler. But he looked to Wrath and saw that he was fine. So he settled down again and let the wolves lead him over to his lab mate. He wondered about the female beside Wrath. Then he looked to the stranger called Orson. These free shifters were very varied and at times hard to understand. But they weren't savages as Markus had described them to be. They seemed to have complex social networking. It spoke of intelligence.

Cadeon sat with the others and enjoyed their feast. They had saved Orson ans Jackie a share. "This is the best duck I've ever had, Ember. Thank you for cooking it." He said with conviction, as he watched Ember feed her new charge.

Bob sat at the edge of the table beside Ember. Perfectly content to beg for a morsel of food here and there. He liked how she always gave him the best pieces of meat.

Bertram was quietly concerned for Jackie. She had so much to deal with when she woke.

Garth beamed and giggled at Bob's antics. He stated good-naturedly, "I have never see such a beautiful bird before." His eyes then glanced around at all at the table and he added silently to himself, "or a family."

Markus didn't reply to Don . He instead walked over to get a large book off the shelf. He brought it over to a sitting area and opened it. He spoke to Pariah in hushed tones. He wasn't used to communication without speaking aloud. She loved to tease him about it too.

Zypher nodded and smiled as he said, "Now we just have to dye a spotted skunk completely black and talk him into it." He paused as he wiggled his eyebrows at her. "Or we could just play connect the dots with a Sharpie." He said in an attempt to get her to laugh.

Ericsson's face lit up like a kids. "Oh, now that I can't wait for. Where are we to go?" He asked as he carefully swung his legs off the bed and stood up to his full height.

Star flicked her glance to him and chuckled lightly "Now that would be something, but I rather like this world already." She didn't want to be anywhere without him by her side, even if it was a different world.

Kyra nodded and looked around then frowned a little. "It is odd, I wonder if this forest was missing a kitsune so much that it is accommodating what we need when we ask in the tree." She said thoughtfully. It was possible for the wild magic to do that, though it hadn't been seen in ages

Skylar touched Jaxons arm and stood up "I am Skylar, I am to stay with Jaxon until he wishes me to leave." She said and dipped her head "We were just talking about who could possibly help." She glanced to Chaos when the wolves led him over to them then looked back to Orson, She had seen him leave the house, so she would trust him at least for now. " how are we to travel?"

Ember blushed a bit and looked to Cadeon "Thank you, you cook well yourself" She said, motioning to the sides and sauce he had made for the meal. She liked mothering Bob and found she was good at it too. Her gaze flicked to Garth and she smiled again "Bob is a baby phoenix.

Don tried to listen in for a while, but the quiet soon had him dozing lightly again.

Anna laughed at that, shaking her head, the imiage of the spotted skunk with lines connecting his spots was funny and the laughter was a stress buster for her. " That won't be needed we have dyes that are safe to use on fur."

"You will have to wait and see the surprise" Rosie said and giggled. She watched him then tirned to go and grab the basket, already packed and waiting for them
