Kyra chuckled and nodded, looking around the cavern then goinf to one side to dig a little at the wall. "This would be a good place for shelves and we can have the beds on that corner." She said, turning to point to the back 'corner'

Sky chuckled and nodded "I would've liked to have been there, even though it was a bad battle. " She said, any battle where they lost people was bad to her. "It would have been better if we had been able to free everone in there then."

Ember was quiet for a moment as she thought "I like sculptures and realistic paintings most, but I also like the craft things like jewelry. "

Anna chuckled softly as she went to find a seat so she could see both of them and talk to them

Rosie smiled and dipped her head then shrugged "I am glad you are well enough." She said then handed him his plate

Falkirk frowned at that thought. It could be true. "That's a probability. Or perhaps the humans have lost touch with their magic roots. Thus causing it to dwindle from lack of use. Case in point, the tree of life's leaves only heal on earth, here they grant immortality. " He reasoned out. He quickly looked down a side tunnel, when he thought he saw movement. He froze to listen for sounds.

Graydon nodded and looked to where she had pointed. "Yes, that would be perfect. I'm going to go get some bedding for them. " He said with purpose.

Orson sighed softly, "Yes, it would have. But it was very complicated. He was going to burn the whole floor. We couldn't go any further and we couldn't stay. We'll get the others free. We haven't given up on that. Don is our first priority to free." He promised Skylar.

Jaxon looked to Skylar and then to Orson. "I'll help as well. I will not allow them to hurt your friend, Skylar." He assured her.

Chaos was looking around at the house and grounds. So this was the place that the others couldn't reach. Very interesting, indeed. It didn't look like much.

"Photo-realism is my personal favorite. So it seems we have much in common. " Cadeon stated as he picked up Bob and tickled him playfully.

Bob laughed loudly, but quickly hopped out of reach and hurried over to Ember for sanctuary. He puffed up his feathers as he snuggled into her arms.

Cadeon scoffed at his antics. "Oh, a big mommy's boy, are ya?" He teased mildly.

Nashton sat down a bit nervous. He looked to Anna and then back to Zypher as he shut the door to the office and took up his set. "What's up? Something has to have gone wrong. Why the cloak and dagger? " He asked.

Zypher took a deep breath and explained everything to Nashton. About Don and what they wanted him to do. When he finished, he said, "You don't have to do this if you don't want to. We figured we'd ask you first."

Nashton looked to Anna with sympathy in his eyes. He felt for her. He liked Don and respected him a lot. "Count me in. No way would I not help when you need me. We are pack and we look out for everyone. I'm sorry Anna, about your dad. We'll get him back. You'll see." He said to her. He then looked to Zypher and asked, "When do we do this?"

Zypher growled low in anticipation of the operation. "Soon, we have to get the gear and you have to dye your hair. So possibly tonight. That way darkness is on our side." He explained as he looked to Anna for any objections.

Ericsson flushed a little smile, as he took the plate from her. "Thank you, Rosie. It looks and smells wonderful." He replied happily.

Star looked that way, wondering what the noise had been that got his attention. "What is it?" She asked then fell quiet to listen also.

Kyra nodded and went over to make the area large enough and give it some dimension by building up the dirt around it so it resembled a nest of sorts.

" I know, we almost lost everyone in there. We will get alpha Don back, it will just take time." She said then headed for the door to knock.

Ember chuckled and provided the safe haven the baby wanted. "That is alright, he can come to me for protection anytime. " She said then looked to the door at a knock.

Anna bowed her head then nodded and gave Nashton a small smile. " Thank you, it should not take long to get the dye here for you, then we can get started." She said then got up and moved away to make the calls needed

Rosie blushed a little and took her own plate "It tastes better than it smells. " She said and smiled before starting to eat with him

Graydon ran to the edge of the forest to gather think tufts of grass for their bedding. He'd set them by the cave door and made multiple trips, until there was enough. He then started to carry them inside. "I hope this is good enough. " He said as he watched Kyra finish the indentation in the cave floor.

Orson nodded and walked with her to the porch. He waited with her a moment before he realized Jackie was probably still asleep. "Ummm, we.."

Cadeon chuckled as he went to answer the door with a smile. The smiled disappeared at the sight of Orson and the others. He returned his gaze to Orson, before stepping out of the doorway. He stretched out his arm in invitation, to allow them entrance. "That was fast. It seems you just left here with Eric. Did everything go okay?" He asked curiously.

Orson smiled and nodded, " My part went well. But we are still in need of a mythicals help. Ember's to be exact. " He explained, as he looked to Skylar and the others.

Cadeon frowned slightly, then looked back to the kitchen. "How so?" He asked quietly. Feeling more then a bit protective of her.

Nashton looked around the office as he was seemingly forgot at the moment. For when Anna went to make calls, Zypher got up to go into his weapons locker. He steeled himself for what he had to do. He knew he couldn't tell Taylor about any of it. She'd want to come and he wasn't about to allow that. Not after her last close call with Markus. He'd tell her after the fact.

And that was more then true. For his first bite was pure heaven. "Oh, you have out done yourself. This tastes just like my mother's." Ericsson said with conviction.

The drone was searching the outer city limits for possible shifters, when an unexpected facial recognition popped up. "Oh, well hello there. So that's where you ran off to. Markus will be pleased." The surveillance supervisor said.

Cadeon's eyebrow lifted at that. He looked to the other shifters with speculation. "Activated? Ok, lets not have that. Follow me, she back in the kitchen. " He said as he turned to walk that way.

Nashton looked down at his hands. "I wasn't planning on telling her. Is that terrible of me? It's just...she'll probably want to come and who knows what will happen. I love her and i couldn't live with myself if it did." He explained. He looked back up at Anna and asked, "What do you think? Should I tell her?"

Kyra smiled as they worked together to make this place a getaway home in case the tree was ever compromised again. " we will not have a kitchen here, unless we make one, but we can have ready to eat food in baskets."

Ember looked to the group as they came in, setting Bob on her shoulder then getting up to greet them.

Anna frowned and looked at the floor for a moment before nodding. "She will want to wish you luck at the least, just tell her that we said she can't go, that it is a one person mission." She advised then looked at him again "Her lion is too large and noticeable to go in there secretly."

Falkirk liked the simple affections they shared. They walked along to the lit cavern up ahead.

As they finished laying the bedding out. Graydon stood up to look at their handiwork. "That sounds like a great idea. Also some root vegetables would store nicely here as well. In the future, if we could find some clay, we could hand build some storage jars and bowls. I've seen Indians do that and then they put then into some kind of fire pit. When it was all done and cool, the clay was like stone. It would also keep the food dry and safe." He replied thoughtful.

Jaxon nervously greeted Ember and looked at the young Phoenix cautiously. He didn't want Ember to get defensive of the young.

Cadeon moved to Ember's side, while Orson explained what they were dealing with.

Chaos looked around the kitchen. Taking in everyone and everything. He finally focused on the Phoenix and the lynx male.

Nashton sighed softly before saying, "That's easier said then done. But you're right, I need 5o tell her the truth. No secrets between us. Wish me luck. " He said, as he stood up.

"Abort visual! The drone is safe in the treeline. But they are looking up at the sky. Our part is through." Harris said.

"That's fine, we are almost there. We are surrounding them as we speak. So we need radio silence anyway. " Daniel reported.

She said gently and helped him to the chair so he could sit and she could take her Phoenix form to gift him with a tear first.

Ibis cautiously followed the two strangers. Since she knew Spyro as the queen's gaurd, she wasn't concerned with plundering. She was curious what had brought them to her cave. Though she was the guardian of stones, she only showed herself if it was absolutely necessary to protect the cave. Part of why she'd changed to her fey form, because it was smaller.

Falkirk smiled lovingly at Star, as they moved closer to the back cavern. Blissfully unaware of their voyeur.

Spyro however, knew that they had picked up a tail. He respectfully pretend not to notice. If Ibis want her presence known, she'd reveal herself.

Graydon grinned and nodded. "A tree home, a safe bolthole and plenty of food. I'd dare say we are living like royalty." He said happily.

Cadeon gratefully took Bob. He made a soft sound to soothe him, as he watched Ember. Bob snuggled into his embrace and equally watched.

Jaxon sat down and looked to Skylar then back at Ember. He gasped as she changed into her Phoenix. He'd never seen a full Phoenix before. "What am I to do with this tear?" He asked quietly.

Chaos was watching curiously. Wondering the same thing.

Zypher came out of the armory. He looked over at Anna and winked. "Is this small enough? We can boost it's range a bit. But it shouldn't be too big for Nashton to carry. " He asked as he came over with the transmitter.

Ericsson relaxed further. "Oh, yeah. That's to be expected when we're outdoors." He reasoned. He was just being suspicious. They were safe from Markus and his ruthless ways. He smiled at Rosie and settled in to enjoy their outing. He opened the mason jar that had iced tea in it. He took a long sip and sighed contentedly.
