Islanzadi chuckled. "Well, I can't manage to explain all of the intentions of humans, so I'll have to agree with you." She told him.
She looked at the painting Cicero was now examining. She had never really liked abstract art, but it was interesting. She assumed Cicero knew what it was.

Cicero squinted and backed away. Only to get close again with a frown. He looked to the plaque on the wall and read it aloud, "Water lilies? Islanzadi, I believe this artist was blind. That looks nothing like them." He shook his head and looked to her in bewilderment.

Islanzadi giggled slightly at how he couldn't figure it out.
"It's abstract. It's not really supposed to look like anything." She explained simply.

Cicero frowned and asked, "Then why call it water lilies? Why call it anything at all?" He looked meaningfully at the painting.

Islanzadi shrugged. "I don't know. I guess humans just want to name everything." She said humorously, and looked at the other abstract paintings. It didn't really make sense to her why anybody made it, but it was fun to look at.

Cicero nodded as he accepted that explanation. "That makes sense. You are probably very right. " He replied. He walked beside her as they looked at the other paintings in this section. He found that his eyes strayed to her, far more then the paintings. She gave each one a through appraisal, before moving on to the next one. Islanzadi fascinated him in that way. She was so uniquely different from the world he knew.

Islanzadi slightly noticed he kept looking at her through quick glances at him, but pretended not to notice or mind.
Once she had finished looking at all of the abstract art, she noticed that there wasn't much more to look at. Well, not much more that was too different from anything else they had seen. Islanzadi looked at how many portraits of people there were, it was kind of insane.

"Seems like humans have a certain obsession for drawing other people." Islanzadi joked and smiled.

Cicero looked out over the large expanse and noted that truth of her observations. "That and fruits. " He add with humor.

(No wonder we're having problems with obesity. We only obsess over women and food.

"The human population is very strange, to say the least. But I do find enjoyment in looking at their creations, they're very clever." Islanzadi told him truthfully.

( Just like TV is nothing but food advertisements. :) )
"Please, don't take my criticisms as complaining. I'm enjoying my time here with you. I also find them enlightening. For what humans deem important enough to paint is an insight into their psyche." Cicero said thoughtfully.

(Yeah. Or things telling you not to kill people...Because we need to be told that.

"Don't worry, I don't think you're complaining." She assured Cicero. "And yes, that is true. You can know a lot about humans by seeing what they paint, just like anyone. Actually talking to them would probably be more effective, but I've actually never spoken to a human before. Everything I know about them is either from reading, their paintings, or from other creatures talking about them." Islanzadi said and sighed.
"Actually speaking to them is something I tend to avoid, since I could easily slip up."
