Jackdaw made like he slipped from his knees to his back. "Owch, this floor is so hard and cold!" He said. He then tried to get up, only to slip and fall on his face. He mumbled, "Blasted ice bomb, it made me face plant it. Oh the humility!" He then made like he was struggling to the couch. He picked up a round pillow and said, "Alas, the dreaded power orb. You're in for it now. One blast and it's curtains for both of ya!" But as he drew it back, he made like he slipped and fell. Tossing the pillow straight up so it would land on himself. "Oh no! " He said before the pillow landed.

Falkirk looked to Star a bit unsure, "Are you sure you don't feel rushed? We can take our time, it's not to late." Spoke through their bond. He couldn't help but to feel, that Star had been rushed with everything so quickly.

Racine thought about that and said, "I'd dare say, she has her plate full right now. With Ender and everything that means for the future. All we can do is ask, I suppose." He replied honestly.

Zypher handed Anna the blueprints and grinned a meaningful smiled of appreciation.

Ravek nodded and headed for the door.

Xatia laughed and nodded, "I will, as always. " She said softly, before turning to follow the others.

"Oooh, good eye. I love that movie. The second one is so much better than the first. One of my favorite lines, "Let's kick the tires and light the fires."" Sandor said excitedly. He selected the movie, got his refreshed wine and settled back next to Rana. He tapped his glass to her's happily.

"I don't know, I..." Ender started, before falling silent at the pure spectrum of awe-inspiring beauty that confronted him.

Hannibal waited for Danika to venture out of the room. He smiled softly as he saw she was in her human form. He stepped out of the darkness with a cattle prod. "Is it my turn yet? " He asked, before he touched it to her. It was on a low setting, so it was more discomfort then pain.

The boys fell into a pile of laughter at his antics and ended up knocking their own fort over. Undeterred, they grabbed pillows and ran over to jump on him, claiming victory.

Starr hugged Falkirk and kissed him gently "There is much that I have yet to learn, but I know my feelings for you. This has all happened quickly, that is true, but that does not change how I feel. More time spent waiting would just be that, more time, it would not change how I feel or that I want to be with you." She said with a twirl.

Sorcha nodded then frowned a little "Yes, she does. I just feel a little guilty I suppose. She is my best friend." She said softly

Anna looked to Ravek as she went to the door with him and Xatia. She pulled out her phone to call in an attack force to meet them near the location

Rana chuckled and settled against him again as the movie started, drinking her wine and watching contentedly

Foneth watched him and chuckled softly as he took in the hidden valley they lived in. "There are not many of us here, but those that are are safe here. The fae magic cannot see us through the crystal." She informed then headed for the lake to get a drink, finally relaxing her wings now that they were out of that tunnel.

Danika yelped in surprise at the touch of the prod, backing away from him quickly. She stared at him with wide eyes before turning to run away from him. She did not like that thing one bit even though it hadn't really hurt. It was instinct to run away from something scary and he scared her.

"My time with the fae had taught me restraint. Plus I am sure you deduced that if we'd killed him, his tribe would come hunting the culprit that had done it. I wouldn't call it clever, more cautionary. For had he not left, I would have killed him. You cast me in the best light as possible, my lovely Slygotha. " Reaper replied honestly, as he walked his bulk over to her. He nuzzled the tip of her snout and rumbled to her. He was pleased with how their first outing was going, regardless of their close call.

Gugol watched what had happened with interest. Why had the small voice caused such a large reaction in father? Why had the broodmother bristled at the meager voice? The gears turned in her draconic mind, wondering if she could find an advantage there. Sliding out of the water, she walked to Reaper, asking" why did the small voice upset you father?"

Kyth smiled reassuringly and said, "I'll be completely honest, I haven't had friends in a long time. My current friends are new acquaintances. But their good people. They helped me out of a terrible situation." He then looked out the window and asked, "You'd said you're living in that alley? If you need help, I can help you."

Aurienne listened intently as she followed his gaze out the window to see what he saw, suddenly having her drifting attention drawn back at the unexpected he asked her. "Yes," she replied honestly in reluctantance. She might have accepted her position with humbleness, but had not yet learned how to accept when people took pity on her, which rarely happened.

Slygotha pondered the question. Trogdor peered over at Nidhogg curiously, cocking his head slightly as he sensed her fear.
Slygotha turned her eye to look at Nidhogg as she spoke to her. " That, my wyrmlings, was a juvenile human. It may not look like much, but it belongs to the dominant species of this realm that we call home. They are small, weak, and cannot breathe underwater. They melt in our acid breath, and are very tasty, but have some things we don't possess. They are many, and they think in groups and fight in groups. They have tools to make up for their small size. We are not social, and we are few. Our species, the Black Dragons, are nearly extinct, which is why I have taken to ensuring your survival over my comfort. If the greater community of humans discovered us here, I fear for your continued survival. The legends of the wyrm of Slygoth prevents the natives from piercing the veil of the deep swamp, but your father says that outside this jungle, in the cities, the humans have created huge, overbearing civilizations."
Slygotha turned back to Reaper to fill in the gaps of her knowledge, her bulk shifting.

Ender followed her timidly, as he looked around. "I don't understand that statement. Are you hiding from the fae?" He as asked concerned. He moved his large size cautiously, since he was still awkward in it. He observed how Forthe drank. He moved to mimic her actions, but stop short. He looked to her and asked quietly, "My I please have a drink? Is that permissible?"

Hannibal laughed and called after her. "Hey, where are are you going? The fun has only began. It only hurts for a little while!" He watched her run down the hall that led to the wine cellar.

Anna went to the elevator and down to the garage where a van would be waiting for them, thanks to the hyena security. It wouldn't take long for them to get moving from here and on hte road to this building.

Rana was enjoying the night and the movies as much as she was the company. She was soon asleep against his side though, tired from the day and all they had done.

Reaper sighed in deep thought and stated explaining the modern day realm of man as far as he knew it to be. The fae had filled him in on most of the historical developments of their kind. For he'd been quite isolated in their chosen swamp. It was quite a revelation to find out the power and technological abilities of the modern humans. He conveyed this knowledge in simple terms for his young Nidhogg, Gugol, his mate and any other wyrmlings that were listening. Valstrath fluttered down from the trees and landed next to Gugol and listened quietly.

The journey out to the building, Ravek and Xatia listened quietly to Anna as she laid out the plan.

Sandor hadn't noticed Rana was lost to slumber, until he turned to ask her a question. He smiled softly and carefully scooted out and placed a large pillow where he'd been. When he stood, more her legs up on the couch and covered her with a throw. He then began quietly gathering the empty food containers and the dishes they'd used to the kitchen to clean up.

Ender grew quiet in thought as he process that information. He dipped his head to her, as he took a long drink of the cool refreshing water. When he finished, he ventured to say, "Perhaps the fae are much changed. The old king is dead and his children are ruling now. Old laws are being charged. Queen Avalon was who I was bonded with."

Hannibal knew the door was unlocked and looked forward to searching for her.
