( I sliced this off to answer it first. :p )

Anton carefully caught Shaylee as she lost consciousness again. He eased her head down gently rest upon the stone floor . He looked to her and murmured softly, " Sleep, my sweet Shaylee. You are the purest soul I've ever encountered in my existence. How are you untouched by lust or greed, while motivated by absolute selflessness. You're courageous, fair, devoted and gentle. How rare you are indeed. I shall never let you go. I'm incapable of such selflessness. And knowing you exist has ruined me for my purpose for being here." He brushed her hair from her lovely sleeping face. He paused in his actions as he glanced around the room. His frown only deepened as he felt the burn of the salt of the summoning spell upon his flesh. "NO! NOT THIS! NOT NOW! I DON'T WANT TO LOSE HER!" He said angrily with a democratic snarl as he shot to his feet. He call forward to the runes on the walls and poured his significant powers into strengthening them. He'd fight to stay with Shaylee with all his powers if he had too. His eyes glowed a bright blue with his efforts as he chanted.

Ravek had listed quietly, but moved to action at Asclepius's instructions. He took his place on Shaylee's right and braced his hands on each of her shoulders gently, not wanting to hurt her by accident.

Asclepius continued chanting, his eyes glowing molten gold as loose articles started randomly flying about. The book whispered gleefully, it enjoyed inflicting pain, no matter who or what it was. He pointed at Fay, hoping that she could soon draw the Incubus into her containment field so they could deal with it.

Sorcha nodded, agreeing with the names she knew "I agree, I hope the four are alright on Earth" She said softly. Yeah, battling Pariah would not be easy or quick.
~~~
Foneth looked to Dyrus and dipped her head "Ah, well then, that explains that. Apology accepted, and I will apologize for jumping to conclusions." She said gently then glanced to Ender then back to Dyrus. "Yes, please. We need as many changed and learning the magic ways as we can before the war comes here."
~~~

Star smiled at Falkirk, leaning over to give him a kiss. "Yes, let's go" She said then stood up so she could shift to her unipeg form.

Nova looked over to them then dipped a head "We are going?"
~~~
Rhetta smiled and looked to her group, or what was left of them then to the dragonkin, now getting put up after their wounds had been tended to. "Thank you, sir."
Racine was quiet for a while before he admitted, "I may have inadvertently facilitated that. Xavier desperately wanted my spell book and he had the last Oilin, of which I traded it for him. But it was for not. There is truth to their legends, they are very hard to keep and catch."
"I suspected as much, only I envisioned you were the one to personally open her cell dimension." Avalon spoke honestly. She was about to say something else, when she listened internally. She then looked to her right at Pharrell. "Go to the others, you are required there." She informed. The Sylph looked to her a bit confused but did as instructed without question. As he shut the door behind him, Avalon said with a smile, "At this rate, I'll be without any personal guards."
"But when they come back, they'll be more efficient." Racine stated. He looked to the others and added, "Besides, we'll all keep you safe." Racine then called out to Castiel to send him to the field as well. He only had the one Sylph and wanted him fully awakened.
~~~
Castiel met Pharrell and Rayko at the front doors to follow them out to the others. The three took to the sky.
~
Ender nodded and glanced to the castle and sighed softly. Nothing was as it used to be. How could things change so vastly within such a short time? He wondered to himself.

Dyrus looked hard to the youths and sent them to go practice more civilly this time. They were eager for the reprieve. He then moved to take a knee in front of Foneth. "I'm at your service, Princess. " He said quietly.
~~~
"Is that not what you want? If not, we'll stare at the flowers some more. " Falkirk asked teasingly as stood as well. He was trying to ease her nerves with a bit of humor. He winked at Star in mischief.
~~~
Markus turned back around to watch the jungle as they headed back the way they'd come. He reached for his satellite phone at its shrill ring. He frowned at the number as it showed a familiar one. He answered it quickly, only to have to hold it away from his ear as shots rang out. "Markus?! This is Dorian. We've been breached on all levels! I don't know how, but it's critical! All floors are not responding, the crow's nest is gone, the tunnel is currently under heavy fire. Do not come back! Repeat! Menagerie is lost!! We must pull the switch, we have to self destruct, we can't let them get the fil...." Markus's hand tightened upon the phone as he let the information register. "Dorian?! Dorian, are you there?! Answer me?" He shouted with anger. He looked to the screen to see that the call was still active. "Hello? Anyone?!

Dorian stared unseeing with a bullet in the center of his head. He hadn't see the wolf who took the shot. The phone was still in his hand next to him. (

Sorcha nodded and listened to the two speak, both internally and aloud. She nodded to the last thing Racine said, they would do all they could to keep one another safe. She did not want to lose her friend or her husband.

Bardou was quiet as he listened, looking around the room and wondering when the first strike would come.
~~~
Foneth smiled and held out a hand to him "Then stand, learn from me so that you can teach the others as well." She offered. She would teach the generals once they shifted also, if they seemed ready for it.
~~~
Nova paused uncertainly as she looked to him then figured out he was teasing her and took a breath "The flowers are pretty, but whatever this is is important, we have never called an emergency meeting before, or not to my knowledge." She said and glanced to Star, both of them were ready to go when he was.
~~~
One of the wolves came over, taking the phone and looking at the number then looking to the others and shaking his head then hitting the 'end' button to end the call. Once that was done, he took his phone out to send a text to the leaders, they would have to finish and clear out fast.
Phoebe wailed from her boiling hot enclosure. Her senses had been dulled through various magics and drugs, and they had been feeding her much better since Pariah had divined her maternal status. Though they hadn't another of her exact species, dragons have been known to not always be picky (hence half dragons, dragonkin, and the like) and she had been inseminated with whatever they had on hand in storage. Since she was already in egg laying mode anyways, she had been artificially forced to lay eggs much longer and in higher capacity than she ever would on her own. It was four days between eggs, and each one was whisked away to be incubated on open flames or near a volcanic cauldron as Goldens were related to fire types and incubated in the same way. Her shackles were ceramic, as were the walls, and the room was kept a toasty 300°F to help optimize egg storage and handling. It would have been comfortable at that temperature if not for the rest of everything...
It was a tug of war. But Anton realized that most of the physical runes had been disabled or counteracted. He was fast losing his foothold in Shaylee's mind. He looked to her longingly one last time before he was conjured into his physical form.
Fay was glad he was finally here in the containment fied, even if it was necessarily close to Shaylee's physical body. She watched him, wondering what could force him to release the princess from her bondage.
Anton took in the contents of this new place. He met the gaze of the goddess watching him. "What is your business with me, goddess? " He demanded irritably.
Ravek looked to the male with unadulterated anger for what this thing was capable of. He trusted in his friends to see this through, so he said nothing as he stood by the desk.
"Good to meet you out here, finally," gasped Asclepius, rather out of breath. "Well, Baalberith, you might as well come up with the contract."
The book started whispering, then laughed louder and louder, as a man took shape from the pages. Words appeared in the captions as the twisted whispers were a vague jumble. Let's get a feel for what we have here, and what his contract with his current master is, if he has one, it wrote.
Anton looked to Asclepius almost bored as he spoke. He'd dismissed them as unimportant based upon the powers that held him within a containment field. "Baalberith is no more then a puppet then I." He said as he took in the shape that formed from the pages. "My prison, however, is much nicer. Now which one of you is the mate?" He asked eagerly.
