Its no secret. I've got a couple of girls who have been known to hide their eggs. I have 8 pullets all who I THINK are laying. Know 5 are for sure since I've seen them in action but they are all the same age and have those nice red combs going on. When I keep them cooped I will usually get 5-6 eggs. If I let them free range 3-4 a day. So I'm guessing there is a hidden nest somewhere right? My back yard is not THAT big but I have not seen a trace of any hidden nests. All of their previous nests are empty. Am I right in thinking that I've got some super hidden eggs somewhere or am I just crazy?
