High-maintenance wives

* Well, If I had it to do over again --- **IF** I did it over again, I think I would get myself a BIGGER stick a whole heck of a lot earlier. . . . .Like a teak 2X4.

Yeah, he loves me so much he spent $3600 bucks on chickens and a coop!" That would be a Jeff Foxworthy moment!

LMAO! My DBF loves me so much that he let me drive 20 miles to go pick up a bantam cochin from craigslist. Turns out she had a twisted beak.

DBF loves "the girls" so much that he says "hi" to them before he greets me now!!

Our birds were my husbands idea also, my parents keep telling me I should be keeping track of all we spend on them since he said they were going to be a business. I am too scared to do that

I just try and pretend selling chicks and eggs actually pays for their feed let alone new housing since we moved (and the old housing since we were barely settled before we had to move).

Not to get off the topic of Joe B's multitude of "issues" but speaking of Purr's eating lunch post, I stopped eating lunch while reading BYC weeks ago.

The reason...

Is it me or is there a new "Bloody poop" post almost every other day

I stand corrected....

Today's similar post is "Clear Liquid Defecation"

I hear that.
My hubby golfs, skis, and finds expensive ways to do everything. He also never heard of the phrase "comparison shop".

In sheer self defense, I started doing animal rescue and quilting.

I do some comparison shopping and my high cost purchases usually take more than a month of thinking about it. Thing is, I was taught and have learned from experience that you get what you pay for.

Good thing I don't golf or ski or boat race motorcycles or lots of other things. Really, I see most of my "toys" as tools or other useful items rather than just things for play.
