High Stepping Chicken, Scaly Mites? Pictures Attached

Hi All-

I have a cream legbar, almost two years old, that over the last two weeks has started high stepping when walking. She doesn't run anymore, and when she does she loses balance. I am trying to figure out if this is related to (a) being bullied and not eating as she feels skinny, (b) scaly mites, or (c) something else. We never had an issue with scaly mites before. I am not sure what the beginning stages look like as most pictures posted online show more advanced cases. I am attaching three pictures here of her feet and legs. Does this look like scaly mites? Then I would guess only the legs of an ageing bird.

Update - you were right! def. not mites. It's bumblefoot. Its very mild, but appears to have really impacted her
