I would like to know them, because i never raise chicken in germany before, a place with a lot of funny law that prohibit this and that.

Is this your only chick? I don't see any others. If it is, it could be that it is lonely.

Yes , an orphan.. other egg failed to hatch. Does that means it gone crazy to pull own feather ? usually they will pull each other feather.. lol
