Hii, new member here! Been always wanting a duck as a pet, so we have Boba the Pekin Duck (about 5 months old), and as of this moment Day 24 Incubation of 3 call duck eggs. Been strolling through BYC site for information on hatching ducks, other than google and facebook. First time duck mom, and first time hatching duck eggs.
We got the eggs from a local farmer whose been hatching call duck eggs with an 80% hatch rate. Shipped for 2.5 days max, and then we settled the in for incubation after a 24hr rest period. Many many days in of misting and turning, I'm not sure why they are late, but we haven't lockdown'd yet because we don't see any internal pipping, but there's lots of movement. Now we were advised to just let them rest and to not touch them until we hear some sort of chirping before we put them into lockdown.
If there's any advice please let me know! Really appreciated!
