Welcome to BYC. Can you use tarps or wood? Anything to protect them from the weather until you can finish a coop or two. You absolutely must devide the cockerels/roosters from the pullets/hens. They will injure or kill them.

We are going to slauter 2 of Then and one ha send started pecking
