Welcome to BYC. Can you use tarps or wood? Anything to protect them from the weather until you can finish a coop or two. You absolutely must devide the cockerels/roosters from the pullets/hens. They will injure or kill them.

I looked up your weather to see what you deal with there and don't see how on earth any got frostbite. Maybe climate change brings you some strange weather?
