Hiking!!!

I want to walk a certain trail this summer but is over 4 hours away.

I usally walk 4 miles a day in the summer . 2 miles for each pup.

Then in winter i barely walk 2 miles a day

Which trail are you looking at hiking? I am also in Wisconsin and hike behind my house almost daily, back yard is kettle moraine state forest and have hiking and biking trails down the road. I try to go 2 to 3 miles if the snow is not deep.

Im wanting to go to Copper Falls State park and hike the trails. It looks beautiful by the pictures.
Ive hiked every state park in my area more than once.

I love hiking. Really should do it more. One year my new years resolution was to hike at least once a week, maybe we need to try that again. When we visited Yellowstone in 2019 we did an accidental 5 mile hike with the kids because we read the map wrong and thought it was 2.5 miles round trip.

Especially since they were 7 and 10 at the time! They were troopers about it though.

1 to 3 miles around the lake is more our usual speed
