Hiking!!!

Hi, hiking in Northern Italy here! This spring has been foggy so far, but I love these atmospheres and being chilly I'm happy when I see flowers start to bloom again: cold is finally over! I often wander with my dog in my mountains, these pictures where taken on tuesday on Monte Capenardo, which is supposed to be very scenic: from the peak you should enjoy a wide panorama... I should get back other day to make sure it's true , but my dog was happy and so was I! We saw a lot of wild orchids, they're gorgeous!

Has anyone else been on a nice hike at Easter?
We've been on Monte Bano, a small but steep mountain with many abandoned villages almost completely buried by vegetation that I love to explore. We also had some interesting meeting: an alpine newt, a green lizard and a young roe deer!

Meeting a bear on a hike is one of my worst fears, particularly with my two talkative dogs.
