this one i am not so sure but it has been working on its crowing

I'm not an expert on Polish (don't have any) but boys tend to have more spikey crests. So I say you have a girl.

but the bottom one is working on its crow pretty hard.

The first looks like a hen
2nd a roo.

I just don't see any wattles for either of them to be roo's, maybe its the picture. My Polish roo's had quite noticeable wattles by that age but if you say that last one is crowing then that's a dead give away LOL

The top one is female.
The bottom is male.

On the bottom one you can see he is growing his spurs.

Hmmm, they both look girly too me!

Hens can have spur buds also. Not uncommon. 8 weeks is too early to grow spurs.
