Thank you guys !and yes in Romania nobody keeps poultry as pets evreybody who has poultry keeps them for food.Here is western Transilvania(Bihor district to be exact) ducks and geese,chickens and other poultry are very common,so I wanted to join the forum,so i can disscus with other poultry owners from around the world.

It sure is, many on here have poultry, geese ducks for food, alot don't just for pets. There is a meat bird section on BYC if you haven't already found it.
