Hips Out On Young Heavy Breed - Possible Treatment??

I have a buff pullet that's a little more than a month old. It's been healthy and doing fine since I got it. However when I checked it today, it was laying over and couldn't get up as if its hips went out. I know this sometimes happens with larger breeds because their legs can't keep up with its growth, but is there anything I can do to better its chances of survival and getting better?
 
I know of no cut and dry solution for you on this... here are my collected articles on leg problems (many of them deal with leg problems specific to heavy breeds)... diet is such a very important factor in preventing this... once it is there however :aww
