His Head & Neck?

Hello,
Just noticed today that ranger is struggling to raise his head and won’t move his neck around. He won’t eat from my hand either? They are on niacin, Feed, and treats. Thoughts? Tips?

I've now isolated him and trying to get him to eat and drink....

Possibly some form of wry neck or vitamin deficiency of some kind - can you get some Vitamin E and Nutri Drench to give him? That would be where I would start. It can also take some time to see improvement with the supplements, so don't give up if you don't see improvement within a few days. It could take weeks.
