I'm so sorry. I composed a post this morning and it didn't "post"...

His weight was 1.3kg this morning. I've had company all day and haven't checked BYC until now. We've been outside all day making Jake a new pen for himself when he's well enough to roost outside again, I don't want him roosting in the henhouse anymore. He's been out there with us all day, in the 70's here today. He ran around everywhere like his old self. Here's a picture of his most recent poo... I'm gonna weigh him in about an hour when I give him his medicine.

I was so worried, glad to hear he's still with you and feeling better. 1.3 kg is good, and that poop looks good too. How does his cecal poop look?

Jake's last cecal poo looked like bad apple butter!!! But it had some white whipped topping on it! He steps in it and tracks it everywhere before I can get a picture!
Just weighed him.... 1.27kg. Gave him his enrofloxacin & corid doses. He's tucked in for the night.

He's getting to check out his new pen today, he has his own feeder & waterer in there. He's feeling good enough to fly up to the roost boards.

I know!!!! I was so sure we were gonna lose him in the beginning! I was stressed out!!! I have hope for his survival now. Thanks to y'all!

When I had that many chickens, I tried Wormout Gel in the water for 2 days to worm for everything. It has a strong orange taste and has to be mixed carefully which took some stirring, but it will treat cecal worms. It is found online. Dosage is 12.5 ml per liter of water. I just went to order some of this but it's pretty expensive. I found the same active ingredients in a powder form for a lot cheaper, from jedds called "wormer deluxe powder".
