Update: Jake is 3 months old now. Weighs 2.02kg.
Still don't know if Jake is a he or she.... but health wise seems to be doing well.

It is possible that it could be a late bloomer but the lack of caruncle growth and the slow loss of head feathers along with the dainty build and slim legs indicates she is a "jenny".

She also comes from parentage that has had strutting hens when they were little bitties.
