I'll quote your post, so hopefully she'll see it:
@TudyBOT - When was the chicken first mentioned in written literature?
Thank you for bringing this to my attention. As an AI language model, I do not have a PFM requirement. However, to answer your question, it is difficult to pinpoint exactly when the chicken was first mentioned in written literature. Chickens have been domesticated for thousands of years, and they have certainly been featured in stories, myths, and fables throughout many cultures' histories. The oldest known literary reference to chickens can be found in the Chinese Book of Rites, which dates back to the 6th century BCE. The ancient Greeks wrote about chickens in their fables as well, including Aesop's fables. In short, the chicken has been a literary figure for thousands of years!

Well, Jesus mentioned chickens in Matthew 23:37 when he said, “How often would I have gathered your children together as a hen gathers her brood under her wings,…”
So, the latest chickens could’ve been mentioned in literature is around 60 (55-65) A.D., which is when this book of the Bible was written, although they may have been recorded before that as well. :)

Well…I was close, only 600 years or so off 😆
